I think I was overcharged with mileage. I stated I would use the truck maybe 20 miles per day and had the truck for about a week and a half. When it was returned, I was charged almost 500$ for milage overage however it sat for days and I did not go out of the county. The storage unit was located approximately 24 miles from my location and I drove there no more than four times. Occasional errands not more than 15 miles away were run so I cannot believe that the truck was used for that many miles over.

He facilitated the return of the truck which dispatch was not willing to do. Very flexible.

They were closed for lunch, the gentleman that helped with returning the truck took time out of his lunch hour to help with the return.

Unfortunately the trailer first assigned to me was five deep so she switched to the trailer first in line, but I never got a text to approve that trailer. When I reserved the trailer online, I declined the unnecessary add-ons, but when she checked me out, two (expensive) add-ons were still on the bill. She was able to remove one, but not the $70 one that I had declined online.

Renting the trailer was a pleasant experience. The attendant (can't remember his name) was very helpful, polite and encouraging. Thanks for the excellent service..

The truck sounds like it needs a belt replaced. But the process and the gentleman at Committed Motorsports with super super nice, friendly and helpful.

The person who was there had no clue on what they were doing. Took close to 45min. for the process. When looking at the photos l, I pointed out some damage to the right front bumper that you could not see in the photo. She took some pictures and said she would upload and to hit approve. When turning in the truck, we were told that was completely wrong and now I waiting on the results of that. Getting the key from the lockbox, I was told I would get the code via email/text, and it never happened. That added more time as she had to get the code.
