The ladies who worked in the office were very friendly and very efficient! We had a hard move to do in one day and they made this a lot easier!

Michael UIt would be nice for after hours returns to have a sign by the gate stating exactly where to park the truck. That was a little confusing but overall great experience and the staff was very helpful.

Christine MIt was locked on a Sunday at 3pm without a safe, obvious place to park the truck. I eventually determined that I could park the truck in front of the entrance gate (which blocked the gate) and along a busy highway.

richard sI used the uhaul app. I would recommend making sure that your computer systems and your app are correct. I wanted to extend my rental about a 10ish hours. As soon as I did it on the app, and got charged, I recieved a phone call from the place I rented from, telling me I had to have the uhaul back by 530pm because there was another reservation for the truck. I told her I already paid for an extension. She said there must of been something wrong with app and their computer system. I asked her if I would get a refund since I was charged already, she said well if you can have it back by 530pm we will only charge you the 1 day rental fee. I again told her i was already charged. She couldn't tell me that I would get refund but asked if I would have it back by 530pm. I told her I would try. I kept checking the app and it said i had to return it by 12am on March 1st. So I went by that. In the end she called me AT 523pm, I didn't get the call because I was in middle of moving and when I called back they were closed. I ended up keeping the uhaul until 11pm. But thought it was kind of unprofessional to tell me there was a reservation for the truck, when really I think they just closed at 530pm. If they don't want the uhaul returned after hours then it should say that on the app instead of trying to make me feel bad.

Matthew WThe front end was way out of alignment pulled to the left real bad. 2 front tires were leaning out on the bottom and leaning in on the top. Tha a/c would stop working when ever it wanted to. The windshield wipers we're worn out and the rubber blades on them were hard and dried out. Interior parts on the passenger side door were falling off. I came in under the guesstimated miles by 400 miles and didn't get any refund for it. Overall I would have requested another truck but by the time I had realized that the truck was a peice of shit I had already had it loaded. I'll never rent from uhaul again or refer uhaul to any of my friends.
Thomas SThe girl who was working at this place was very good , helpful ,kind and honest. That's why i gave above average rating. The truck was very clean but steering wheel was very slow responsive and truck need new rebar link . Overall I pick this location good people.

Jeffrey MU-Haul had recommended another location for me that had a smaller truck. I confirmed the pick up and drop off dates with the person at that location. When I arrived on Saturday morning (with movers on their way to move furniture) I discovered that the place was closed and the rep had failed to give me a lock box number or provide me with information as to how to pick up the truck. I called Community Mini Storage and not only were they able to provide me with a truck, they helped me to cancel the reservation at the closed facility. They could not have been kinder or more helpful and saved me.
Mary SWasn't able to use the Uhaul app to check out and return the truck. The app kept freezing and kicking me out.
KEVIN BI gave the truck back and explained that this was not the set location, because the person who made the reservation told me I could drop it anywhere. Despite that and handing the key to the worker they never checked the truck in as returned

David BThe service we received was exceptional. We ran into a problem with the electrical wiring with the hitch on our car. The U-Haul attendant began by assessing the car (fuses), testing other trailers and then pointing us to a local dealer who could assess the problem.The car dealer addressed the issue quickly (Jeep issue) and we returned to U-Haul and were able to continue. A lot of help and patience on the attendant's part. Merci!

davis sBooking on uhaul.com was poor. Wanted a 10' truck. Was able to book it. Than received a text saying we had to move locations in town for the 10', okay as the new location worked. Then received a call saying we would have to go probably 20 miles to get the truck unless we.wanted a bigger truck, so we took the bigger truck. Spend.some more money and make your website work better! This isn't that hard.
