DANIEL RI was only given 32 miles even though my destination was over 52 miles away and that was known upon the reservation being made and that's not including the distance from pick up to the first destination. They should give more millage if they know the destination is further.

Normally when you go to a U-Haul location it's dusting and customer service is not good. But Brandy was personable and so friendly. She made me feel like she's known me all her life.. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give her a 1000..

Temeka PVery friendly front desk. Not all supplies I reserved were available, but was able to reserve online. Could have gone to different location. Ended up scratching and damaging a lot of my furniture since blankets reserved weren't available. After hours drop off wasn't clearly explained. Once we got to drop box, we saw QR code. Omg took 30 minutes to download app and reset password and get through the return stuff. It sounded like we bring it back, drop keys off. We had no idea the fee that the box mentioned if we didn't complete mobile drop off stuff. Truck gas was only half full. Hard to ensure you put right amount of gas in before returning.
Melissa KI did want to add the customer service was great very kind and easy to talk to the truck however shut off quite abit at stop lights and stop signs and the oil light came on but it had plenty of oil and acted better once I put gas but shut off 1 last time after
Joshua BI had a reservation for several weeks. I was sent an email that my location has changed due to not having a truck available a couple days prior to my pick up date. I was able to approve the new location and reserve a time of 9am from the email. I showed up today at my scheduled time and found my location (Oh Yeah Liquidators) didn't open until 10am. I decided to go to a nearby store to stall for time, but now I'm behind schedule for our move. I then go back to Oh Yeah Liquidators and they don't even have a 15' truck. Why was I relocated to a store that doesn't even have a truck available. I had to call Uhaul and get another location, but now I'm 2 hours behind in my move. I do not understand why I was sent to a store that doesn't have a truck and I was also able to reserve a time spot when that location didn't event open until 10am. Been a long time customer, but I'm Not verify happy about how Uhaul did me wrong.
