Side view mirrors on the truck were seized. Would recommend fixing. Other than that, not too bad, felt very expensive for how long I had the truck.

This location was superb. Friendly and knowledgeable staff made the pick up process so efficient and simple. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes so I could get right to work loading and moving. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone that wants a convenient pick up site with great staff. The uhaul platform made condition verification and the return process wonderfully simple - even completing the return at midnight. Great system is appreciated.

Nightmare! That is the only word I have for our experience! Everything was great when I called and spoke to Gavin at this location. We were all set to pick up the uhaul out side the gate at 6:30 pm. We drove away in the uhaul at 8:30 pm! Actually, a few minutes later than that. The gate was wide open, and the truck ended up being inside the gate, not out. We had to call customer service twice and stay on the phone with them forever to get the payment and information to go through the app. The truck was clean, but parked in a mudhole. We moved it to the street in order to take the pics. When we returned it, we parked it in the same mudhole! The whole thing was awful!

I had to change location Saturday at the last minute due to the scheduled location deciding to close early. I had even called Helton's Wrecker Service (and U Haul) location to let them know what time I would be there. During that call, the man was rude and unprofessional. U Haul should not be associated with them. Conversely, Conway U Storage was great and helpful.

Service at this location was exceedingly pleasant, fast, and overall excellent. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and that included the site representative running to the back lot to bring the uhaul up to the door for me. I would absolutely use service from this location again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. This level of service, so absent in today's society, is absolutely appreciated.

There wasn't a great selection but we rented at the last minute. The man on duty was very helpful and tried to find us what we needed, but everyolace was out.

My only complaint is about the trailers with the roll up doors instead of the swing out doors. The roll up doors can jam easily if you have the trailer full and stuff shifts in transit against the door. This isn't a problem with the swing out doors. It seems like it would be much better if all of the trailers had swing out doors.

I was instructed to drive into the back where the trailer was being stored, which resulted in a large bolt clip bring lodged into my tire at the facility. It caused a flat tire, which rendered my car immobile until it could be towed to a facility that could support the weight of a Tesla. Despite communicating this openly from the beginning, the associates were completely unhelpful. The trailer sat unmoved, except for 3 days of my use. Instead of waiving these charges, the associate (David) instructed me that I'd need to proceed with a small claims suit against the facility. I'm waiting to hear from Reese, at the advice of Gavin, before doing so.

I was given a brand new truck to drive, which was nice. Also, Gavin was very helpful offering to help me carry my belongings from my truck to the U Haul truck. He noticed i have a bad hip and offered to help me.

This store deserves a special mention! They went above and beyond to help me. My Uhaul got stuck in the mud during a heavy rain / tornado warnings. Gavin drove out to me, 30 mins after closing time to pull the truck out and help me return it. That is really impressive and I am grateful.

Mostly I've had good results here. But this rental I was charged $35 for 8 gallons of gas when I drove 44 miles. Really? It was a 20 foot truck.

Need new locks because the pick up compartment wouldn't open for an hour. The lock was rusted and I had other people attempt and everything. I had to call customer service, but it eventually opened. At least needs a rain guard maybe over them, with new locks

Both the pickup guy and the return guy were very professional and caring. The whole experience was great from beginning to end.

The cab of the truck was not cleaned as expected. The guy made us wait a little more to clean the cup holders in the truck. There was a leak between the windshield and the dashboard and we got wet while it was raining which was most of the trip. Had to plug it with napkins. There was an additional leak in the back of the truck which caused a mattress, papasan chair cushion and box to be wet when we unloaded.

My reservation requested a specific location for pick-up. This location was changed due to availability of the trailer I was requesting, but they did not have all of the items that were part of my reservation. Specifically, my reservation included a trailer, blankets and a dolly. This location did not have a dolly and I was just told that they don't have it and I can try somewhere else. The whole point of making a reservation is to define the things you need for your job. The Uhaul system and this location in particular did not fulfill my reservation. Very disappointing. I'm not sure I'll use Uhaul again.

A little aggrieved to be charged $8 for two gallons of gas when I left 194 miles in the tank, when I collected the van in Ohio it had 190 miles of gas in it. Other than that it was fine

The service in the area was terrible it took me forever to get the truck and leave because the app continued to buffer due to connection issues. Other than that the location was fine. Maybe allow the customers to access the WiFi for better connection to pick up truck

The drop off location was fine. We arrived early and obviously had trouble with the on line return as someone called me the next day. We did not see anyone at that location.

Experience of rental was very good. Truck needed for a weekend move that worked well. Size and quality of the truck was appropriate for the items moved. The one solar per mile may be the standard but as we surpassed the estimate we're charged the difference.

Handed the keys to the nicest gentleman that took care of everything else which was great since we had just had 8 hrs of driving/moving/loading/unloading....it was nice to hand them off and head home with everything else taken care of.

Last 2 times I rented trucks here they were not cleaned out inside. The most recent time there was still a moving dolly in the back. Had to ask them to sweep it out due to debris from the last renters. Also, my reservation was days in advance, I requested moving blankets. When I got there I was informed they had none available due to someone else's big order. I understand things like that happen but there was no notification that they weren't available. Stopped at another uhaul place and they didn't have any either. Lost time and money since I had to go spend $40 on blankets I only needed to use once. Compensation for my loss would be appreciated and maybe you should have a way to notify renters that equipment or blankets aren't available so people can make other arrangements.

Rental location called the day of pick up 20 minutes before pickup time to inform me I could not drop off my uhaul at the selected drop off location and had to bring back to original pick up location. That is very unprofessional. I had selected that drop off location for a reason. When questioned about it the employee at rental location named Matt Cuss did not have a good explanation for this mix up. He never apologized and was very dismissive. I will never rent from here again. I filled out my rental online so is specific locations have certain rules that should be reflected in the rental form online. Horrible experience.
