This location was clean, had good service, and had plenty of U-Haul stock options. The staff was also knowledgeable and courteous.

JAMES DThe person who made my reservation did not correct a mistake she made with location. I asked for the nearest pick-up location to Madisonville,TX, she said "Magnolia", I corrected her twice. Then, when she finalized the pick-up she told me it was 7 miles from Magnolia, I corrected her again and she stated " oh, that's what I meant". When I started my trip to Madisonville I received a call from my pick&up location and he indicated that his location was 1 1/2 hours from Madisonville!! I then had to go there and hook on and then drive 1 1/2 hours to my location. Also, I requested a "car-dolly" and the reservation was for a "car hauler". UHaul needs to train their reservation people better!!

ROGER AThe workspace was just a bit crowded and I was not informed of the ins and outs of the agreement of the rental leasing to me having to pay another $68. It was not asked of me how many miles I needed it for or how many miles were provided to me which led to the extra payment needed. Also the truck was not very clean when I received it. To add on, I completed the reservation on the UHaul app but I was not allowed to check in on the app and I had to go in store to complete the process, even though the app had all of my information, including payment and ID.

AUTRY MThe location was good, but the Uhaul service center kept calling and relocating our pickup numerous times. The service was something akin to that of a glory hole. Once you commit you gotta stick it through, but you never know what you'll get on the other side.

ERUBIEL PI was originally doing mobile pick up but the app had a glitch. I went in and I am glad I did. The customer service was amazing. He worked fast to get me set up and out the door but didn't make it feel rushed. Definitely a great location.

SHANNON MThey didn't have the size Uhaul truck I had ordered (20 ft) so was going to substitute it for a 26 ft truck and they didn't have a furniture dolly. They finally located a furniture dolly but the only size truck they had was a 15 ft. And we had to drop it back to that store so twice the miles and gas was used. I have a Uhaul dealer 1/4 mile from my house that would have been more convenient to drop the truck there.
CLIFTON BHad no option to return equipment to nearest facility so had to pay extra mileage just to return equipment 11 miles further.
Samuel SPaul the boss at the rental place is outstanding he is very knowledgeable about the U haul business he is friendly and smart.
Randal DThis was not where I reserved a truck for pick up. Uhaul let me know I had to go miles and hours out of my way from where I reserved a truck 2 days before I needed it. Why make a reservation?

JOE MThe rate charge shocked me. I paid 95 upfront then charged another 65 once dropping it off, for a one day rental. With little to no answers, it felt like we were taken advantage of.
