Richard MI can't explain how awesome the U-Haul owners were. Nate was able to get me in a U-Haul truck and back on the road. My truck broke down and I still had 2 1/2 hours till I made it home. Not only was he able to supply me with a U-Haul truck, but he also has a garage Buddies Auto, which is great I was able to get my truck off of the side of the road and on to his property which he was willing to take me on as a customer without hesitation I was in a pretty big bind and he helped me out big time. You don't meet too bond people like that. definitely has my five star review for sure. Awesome people. Thanks again Nate D & M Auto you rock

Kenneth RThat was the second time we rented that truck. The check engine light came on both times and it was running rough. We put on high mileage and it cost us much more in fuel to make the same trip with that truck. That truck needs to be serviced.

I'm a frequent flyer and rent various trucks and trailers on almost a weekly basis and I've been doing so for a while and visited numerous Uhaul locations and this location is by far my favorite to rent from. I can not stress enough how accommodating these two are, also I love that they can book my reservation at ANY Uhaul location whether I'm dropping off or picking up there or not. They always try to go above and beyond and for that I will be a loyal customer for life!! Thanks for being awesome guys!!
EDWIN WThis is by FAR the BEST Uhaul location I have EVER been too!!! The capital letters are intentional!! The service at this place is phenomenal!!! I wish I could give 10 stars. Would recommend to anyone and if you have a bad experience at this place then there is something wrong with you because those two there are the most helpful people in the universe!!! Thank you sooo much Nate and Megan for all your help with my rental!!
EDWIN WThey were very very rude stole money at the end and called it cleaning fee which was uncalled for as I cleaned it before I returned it there was no gas in it to start totally lied when I was told it was a set fee no more and then saw more money was taken from bank around this u haul place should be shut down ..I've herd bad things before but gave them the benefit of the dough5 never again....

DMITRIY LNo improvements needed! Everyone was super nice, helped me get the trailer hooked up, and we were "in and out" quickly. What more could a customer ask for? It was a great experience! Merci!
ANTHONY FI waited over an hour for a scheduled appointment to pick up the trailer. When he did finally show up he was nonchalant and blamed the computer for next 30 minutes additional delay. Not a good experience. Désolé

Steven GAfter having rentetan cargo van for 6 hrs I received a text message from an employee at that location who never provided a contract that if I did not return the equipment by 7am he/she was going to call the police to report the equipment stolen.This is not only very poor customer service but vastly offensive.
