NEVER allow a customer to pick up a vehicle at this location before the sun has risen. This area is very run down and poorly lighted. This location is so unsafe that the Uber driver didn't want to drop me off.

BRANT AThe couple at the D&M Automotive were incredible. Not only were they able to help fix my reservation, they helped me with the check-in process and walked me through everything there was to know about the U-Haul before leaving. The check-out process was easy and straight forward too. I really want to that D&M Automotive for an excellent rental experience from start to finish. I will be recommending their location to anyone who asks me.
Mason PI have use multiple U-Haul locations in Albuquerque and at this location they were the most professional, kind and helpful people. I will continue to use this location for my U-Haul needs.
CARLTON LCouldn’t complete my return, had to call customer service for over an hour, very difficult to drop off my rental truck.

Michael GDidn't bother to mention on phone that pick up location was different than booking location. Rude as hell on phone. Told us if we weren't there by 4:30pm, he was leaving. Other facility told us closing time was 7:30pm and told him ahead of time we were on the way from other facility.

Nathan LAt 1st, I was worried because my reservations had changed to this location. It was a bit further than the previous reserved location and was worried about extra mile charges. Thankfully, they made everything smoothly. Excellent people and they came into work on a saturday when they're closed, to give me the truck. I couldn't be more pleased with these folks! I would do it all over again! 殺

Virgina pCharged me for three days when I had the equipment for two and charged me a cleaning fee?!?! Outrageous. So angry with the charges. Oh and $5 for fuel? I brought it back with more fuel than when I took it. I like uhaul but not this time.
