Everything was fine. Robert was very helpful, I placed my reservation for the wrong date he went and found the problem and corrected the issue right away. I arrived before opening hours and he still accommodate me without any hesitation. This was Great Customer Service.

Ceasar BUnprofessional behavior from staff, when asked to drive my car up the ramp on the trailer the worker/ owner responded "I'm supposed to charge u 20 dollars for that but I didn't, this why you can't be nice to mfs" I asked for the corporate number to file a complaint and he replied "you don't need the number I'll call from my phone" then proceeded to hand me his phone. I declined and stated I'll send an email instead which I still intend to do. Overall they made the beginning of my move very stressful and I would not recommend this location to any one. 0/10.

RANELL VGood location for a Uhaul rental. The facility hours was to open at 8:30, my pickup was at 8:30. I waited well over 20 minutes until an attendant opened the facility. Otherwise the process was went well.. Better customer service is required and punctuality would better improve this facility
