Austin AFirst, I'm still waiting for my overage refund from the rental. Second, the experience was horrible. Thirdly, I didn't get a code to get the truck open, then the lock was hard to open.

WILLIAM BU-haul may be one of the few bargains left in service industries. Both locations were friendly, efficient and curteous, and the equipment was trouble free and clean.

RANDALL WNothing to do with the site but U-Haul rental experience in general: I knew this going in, but the advertised price for the rental is misleading. $39,99 gets you nowhere for a 20' truck, you can't even crank the truck for that dollar amount so why mislead your customers? I think it's a dated tactic, and customers would appreciate an accurate estimation of total cost rather than a "starting at" that you can't even get the keys to the truck…
David GThe trailer was difficult for their staff to hook up. When I returned it it was difficult to unhook and the facility was unwilling to assist me in getting it unhooked. It wasn't part of "their agreement with U-Haul" so I ended up pulling a muscle in my back fighting with their equipment.

ABRI RNothing really to rate. I was told by a person in the office to pull it over with the others, and unhook it. My receipt would be emailed. Human contact for 5 seconds total.

ANDRE WThere was no where to drop off my rental. The location was closed so I couldn't ask anyone. I tried to keep it out of the way of other rental vans but it was difficult. I did not at all like that I had to download the U-Haul app to return my rental or face an additional $20 charge. It made the rental experience that much worse at the end of a very long 2 day move.

ANTHONY BFirst location I went to pick up and truck and it was blocked in by another truck. No answers for help except UHaul customer service. I was sent to another location.(Diesel Truck Repair). Got key for truck I was assigned out of locked truck and the key didn't fit. It matched the serial number for another truck on the lot that I wasn't assigned. Called customer service again to deal with this to be put on hold again. After a long wait I went ahead and took the truck that I was given the key to instead of the truck I was assigned to pick up. This cost me extra to pay the movers I had hired to help load the truck to stand and wait on me to be able to pick up a truck. I wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone.

Patrick MNot have self pick ups in locations with no cell phone service. Worst experience ever I will never rent from Uhaul again. Reason being I rented at one location and you all changed the pick up location which was way out of my way. Very bad experience at a discussing trucking business

Wilma EThe only issue I encountered was with the app. It would not find my location on my android phone and did not have any links or information on how to conract technical support so I had to go through the Google website to check into my rental and complete the steps to get the keycode.

Mary Su-haul's website wasn't accepting cards so I had to pay with cash. If I hadn't happened to have cash on me, I wouldn't have been able to pay. This also meant I couldn't get my deposit back when I returned the trailer after hours (I chose the check option which can take up to two weeks). NOT a problem with the location, but with U-haul's system

Brandon MHad a check engine light but cleared quickly. I reserved 36 blankets and did not find out they only had 6 till I picked up truck. That was frustrating, my wife had to drive around searching for blankets.

Cheryl QMy husband was charged upon arrival for the uhaul & then charged again today. We were only supposed to been charged 40,1 for gas, but was charged for the whole thing again. She has to have mgmt to call us back. She wasn't mean or nasty with us, but my husband is pissed because now his acct is overdraft. People work so hard for their money. Do better.
