Gary CI have dropped at this location prior, never seems to be anyone around? I do not mind using the self-drop in the App so it is not a big issue, but this is a bit of an odd location and rep for Uhaul.

Andrea MHad no idea what I was doing but the owners were awesome & helpful. I forgot to check in for returning the truck but the owner was able to work with me to verify it was dropped off within the timeline. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Aara PSince my local U Haul dealer was out of 6x12 enclosed trailers, I had to call dealers that were 60 miles away. I called 3 dealers, and Roseanne from Ethels, was the only person to return my call. She had the trailer that I needed, and gave me a price. We completed the paperwork, and I rented the trailer. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will use this dealer again.
Ronald RPoorly run junky office with no lighting, clerk did not seem to know what she was doing, did not have a computer so was trying to do it all from her cell phone. It all seemed so unprofessional. Gave me the wrong truck, she had to call to find out how to fix it. Office was closed (during normal hours) when I returned the truck, I had lost my cell phone during the day so I had no way to show I had returned the truck on time. Fortunately U-Haul service rep on phone when I did get a phone took care of it, but overall a very frustrating experience.
LARRY HReserved a truck and car hauler. Was informed there was no one there to help me load my car. Had to pay someone to get a ride back to the location to move my car to a Uhaul that could help me. IDK how you think a 68yr old woman can load herself. Have rented several in the past few years and always got help. I have no problem paying for the help. Was charged $35 to unload my car in Billings
