DAVID GWe didnt realize it at the time but the door of the truck had a poor seal on it so, as we drove it down in the rain, alot of my stuff got wet. Some of it is washable but some of it got ruined, such as my mattress. The items smell. We looked and took pictures of the interior of the truck and it's been rusty for a while.. I tried to explain this to the drop off location but they kept talking over me, saying to fill this out. I was just worried it could happen to someone traveling north.
ERIN MThe truck exterior was dirty, and the interior had a foul odor. I would not rent from UHaul again from any location due to surprise undisclosed fees.

CHRISTOPHER SThe Everett Secure Storage staff were incredibly kind and worked with me even when they didn't have the dolly I paid for, but Uhaul? Wow you guys need to get your act together. Trying to charge me DOUBLE the price to rent the car because I accidently dropped the keys off before taking a picture of the odometer is just trash customer service. I may never use your service again especially since moving is stressful enough as is.

adebaby sWhen we returned the truck, the guy at the desk took the keys and said we were good to go. Then he didn't log our return till the end of the day, which resulted in us being charged for an extra day. The truck was also filthy.
Christopher CThe truck we got was damaged--the rear door locking system or something. It was just hanging off the door. Also, it looks like you double-charged us for the rental. So, I am hopeful that I can get that problem worked out. Merci.

ramu tTruck smelled pretty fishy, but was available on time and the lady who assisted me with my reservation was great! No issues with the rental, would recommend this location. Word of warning - if you're in a hurry, do not fuel up at the Food Mart / SAS gas station down the street at the end of your rental. It is tiny (hard to maneuver), and you can't pay at the pump - in fact you have to pay with your credit card, then go back in and ask for a cash refund for any amount you didn't use (?!?)
