Very small location no room to pull a 26 foot truck with dolly behind it. Had to park in empty restaurant lot next door

So, the trailer smelled strongly of cow poop. The surfaces were clean-ish, but the smell would knock you down. Customer service could be a little bit kinder, they weren't necessarily rude, but definitely not patient.

MARTHA KWe utilize Express Packaging Services to rent our U Haul trucks for all of our elections. We get 2 to deliver all of our equipment to the county and then we return those and get 1 to pick up all of the equipment and we have never had any issues. Everyone I have worked with have been very professional and helpful. We will continue to utilize this business as long as we are able to.
LAWRENCE JI did my reservation through a different location, and was never informed that I would be picking up the truck at a different location, which was 8 miles from the location I set the reservation up at. So I had to pay for 16 miles that I feel I shouldn't have had to. The location I made the reservation at, smelled heavily of Marijuana. The truck itself was great. The mobile pickup was convenient, but a little much.

They are very helpful when asking questions and kept us informed while the truck was being checked in . Very nice right down to the driver that parked the vehicle for the next customer. Great overall customer service which is hard to get these days in many places. Super pleased with service and would most definitely utilize UHAUL again if we need it. Thank you all.
