The Rep there is A Very A Very Kind Gentleman. UHAUL HAS BEEN HORRIBLE FOR ME! A DISABKED WOMAN JUST TRYING TO GET MOVED. UHAUL ACCEPTED MY RESERVATION AND PROCEEDED TO TREAT ME LIKE I MEANT NOTHING TO THIS COMPANY AS A CUSTOMER. AFTER I RETURNED THE 10'FT TRUCK WHICH I CLEANED OUT, FILLED IT UP WITH GAS WAY PASSED WHAT IT WAS ON WHEN I RECEIVED IT. TO BE TOLD I WENT OVER 91 MILES AND THEY KEPT MY $100 DEPOSIT BECAUSE I HAD TO PAY WITH CASH! UHAUL KEPT IT AND WITH THE 91 MILES OVER I WAS TOLD. I WOULD OF BEEN IN ANOTHER STATE, ANOTHER 1 HOUR DRIVE! SO MY MILES WERE NOT CALCULATED WITH ENOUGH MILEAGE FOR MY TRIP. SO THEY HAD TO FIX IT. STILL DIDNT GET MY DEPOSIT BACK. NOT MY FIRST TIME USING UHAUL, YOU DID THE SAME TO ME WHEN I RENTED THE LAST TIME. BUT YOU GAVE ME THE DIFFERENCE BACK BEFORE. THIS TIME YOU KEPT MY WHOLE DEPOSIT! NEVER AGAINWILL I RENT FROM UHAUL

DONALD LIt was a pleasure dealing with Mr. McKinney. He was nice enough to open up his store, on his day off, so we could get our vehicle towed back to Oklahoma. The truck and tow dolly were clean and everything was in good working order.
KYLE DThe drop off was fine. I will be honest. I almost gave this one star because I had to download the Uhaul App to turn the truck in. That is ridiculous and I am deleting the app after completing this survey.
