This U-Haul location is better than the other three I have used in the Holly Springs/Apex area. Communication was easy and thorough. I continue to have issues with the U-Haul app where I cannot upload pictures of the truck and get stuck in loop when attempting to pick up the truck without going inside the store for help.

The one worker was not on site. A nice lady in an adjoining business was helpful. I returned the trailer on a Wednesday. afternoon and it was checked in on Friday morning.

No one was present for drop-off, so I parked the trailer and drove away. I later received text message indicating that that site was full and I should drop the trailer at a different site. By then I was out of the area and couldn't go back. Very confusing p/u and d/o directions owing to multiple changes on both ends. I can't give a review of thet cleanliness or whether inviting since the "office" was closed in the middle of the afternoon.

I requested a pick-up location within walking distance where I was staying and you changed it though there were 3 trucks the size, I wanted sitting parked at my first choice. Had to find a ride. I was to get a call the evening before my pick-up and that never happened. The gentleman was pleasant enough at the pick-up place but not very informative

Have someone there to help return thé U-Haul make it easier on someone who never drove one before and is uncomfortable trying to park it between two other U-Haul’s

Staff was so rude. Good customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I was made to feel unwelcome, and it completely ruined my experience. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they improve their attitude toward customers. If management is reading this, I hope they take action to train their staff on basic customer service skills.

Employee was 30 minutes late delaying my move. Vehicle was not clean. Gas level at pick up was 1/4 of tank. I returned with 1/2 tank losing money on this rental.

The owner did not submit that I returned the trailer on time so I received an overdue notice. I went to the office to rectify the situation and despite advertized hours of opening at 9am on the door & 9:30am online, he didn't show up until 10am, keeping myself and another customer waiting.

Operator was late opening store and it was not a contactless experience. They did not have the blankets and dollies that I reserved. I was told someone would be there until 5 but when I returned at 4:45 they had already closed the store.

The office was locked up and there was no one there at 10 o'clock when I was supposed to pick up my trailer. And it was very odd because the office, so to speak, was through a door in the back of the building and consisted of a desk and some boxes for sale.There was another couple waiting to get a truck. An employee pulled in at about 10:20 and did take care of things. From there, the process was very easy.

Picking up truck at 10:00am and the store was locked. After 40 minutes of waiting on hold to speak with someone, the uhaul person finally shows up. Then he informs me that he doesn't have the equipment that I specifically rented for my move. He said I would need to go to another store to pick up, which due to him being late no longer was an option. Then when checking the truck back in, the app said I was all set and someone would reach out if they needed anything so I dropped the keys off. Well, the app kept showing my rental still active so I tried to do the process again and this time was asking for pictures of the odometer. Since I already dropped the keys into the box, I wasn't able to take these photos. Luckily I called and left a voicemail and it seems everything is fine now because no one reached out like I asked. Overall, don't rent Dollys or hand trucks from this place. The truck worked great but overall experience was very poor.

We returned after hours. Had to call ourselves the next day. No notification that we were being charged for 1,4miles of overage. It probably cost more to run the transaction…

I returned my trailer 6 days ago, get received a text asking me when I would be returning my equipment. I then called to try and clear things up, and after calling I continued to receive texts with suggested locations for me to return the trailer. This does not make me feel very good about the service I received, or that I might be overcharged for keeping the equipment for too long. It is unacceptable.

No indicated parking lanes just have to park next to the other rentals. Grass grown up around the trucks so I was walking in 2ft tall grass to take pictures for the check in, and no one there to ask questions.

The office is not welcoming, trashy, unfriendly service, you are in front of a person that is checking you in and there is no conversation, you asume that he is working on your check in and just that. You have to pull the words from his mouth when you ask questions. The office opens at 9:30a but it is not on time. Very frustrating. We spent a considerable amount in 3 26f trucks, I want to know details before I sign, just don't tell me "sign here"

The employee there was extremely short and rude when I asked to extend the reservation of my truck. In addition, this location does not allow you to leave your vehicle over night. The truck itself had someone's old mug and a very old spill of coffee left very visible on the dash. I'd drive an extra 10 miles to avoid this place all together.

I was charged "Safe Move" coverage fee of $15, when I had rejected all insurance when reserving my UHaul truck online. I don't know how to reverse the charge and if the location above will do it for me. They were closed when I went back to them and it is also inconvenient for me to go there trying to find them, as they don't pick up the phone. Another problem was they never contacted me to give me the actual pickup location and I went to the preferred location who told me they did not have my truck and I needed to go to this place mentioned above.

U-Haul reservations told me to return the truck to a Holly Springs location. I went there and backed in the truck and then the worker onsite told me they don't take one way returns and I had to go to another location. Very inconvenient.

We needed furniture pads and a dolly which were on the original reservation until U-Haul moved us to the location above. All that was in the truck was an appliance dolly. Worst experience with U-Haul ever....

They didn't have a truck ready when we reserved it for. Had to wait an hour for them to open. The person could not find the key for the one we were supposed to have. Movers were waiting for us at the storage unit. My husband took pictures of starting mileage and ending mileage. Was over charged for mileage by 50 miles. While on the phone with Uhaul that morning we said we wanted to put in a complaint about no truck being ready. Now that we see the bill and compared the mileage we should get reimbursed for mileage over charge.

This is a very simple pickup and drop off spot with almost no facilities, but the person working there was fast and efficient. He offered and I let him back the trailer up to the spot he wanted it parked, then we were on our way. No hassle.

I originally rented a 15 foot truck via my mobile app over a week before I was scheduled to pick up my truck in Cary, NC. An hour before I was leaving to get my truck I received a message that no trucks were available. I called the location and they told me I needed to call the U-haul 800#. I was on hold for an hour and transferred 3 times before someone found me a 20 foot truck in Fuquay. The person in Fuquay was very nice and the truck I got was new, but my overall experience with U-haul was extremely poor.

This particular truck needs a lot of work. The steering is loose, breaks are subpar, engine sounds like it's struggling to regain speed after stopping, and the passenger door barely opens and makes awful sounds thanks to the dent in the body panel on the hinge side.

The overall experience was good. The truck was easy to drive, clean and well maintained. The only problem we had was with the app. It wouldn't upload anything. It kept starting over at the beginning when you were close to completing a task. So I'd say the app is a GIANT headache! The gentleman at the location was a life saver. Very helpful!

The truck was mostly clean but there were food crumbs and residue inside the cab. Also the clerk inside was super rude. Just with the way he talked to us, I'd rather go somewhere else than ever return there.
