MARK TThis location was not the original location we were supposed to pick up the truck. They came through at the last minute. The truck was parked at the bottom of a hill and was stick in mud.

WILLIAM HFrank Automotive has two locations in Barnesville. Recommend using the other location (not the one at 660 Atlanta St) as it is easier to get in and out of.

WILLIAM HI reserved a truck for the Forsyth, Ga. location. Received a call that my truck would not be available as planned. Moved it 2 days to give time to find a truck as reserved, and then received another call that the closest truck would be in Barnesville, Ga. that was 30 miles out of the way for me, round trip. Had to pay in one location and then go down the road and pick up the truck from another location. The lady in barnesville was very nice but I would definitely not recommend renting from here if I didn't have to. I paid for 47 miles and 30 of those miles was getting the truck to and from the rental center that was not where I reserved it in the first place.
REBECCA CThe location was great but despite having reserved a 6X12 trailer and the Uhaul website saying that a 6X12 trailer was available the location hadn't had that size trailer in weeks. I made due with a smaller trailer but am very dissatisfied with Uhaul.
Joshua MIf I had of known I would be charged for a two day rental I would have kept the uhaul for a full two days. Very disappointing
