I recently made a reservation and encountered several issues at the third-party pickup location. When I called to coordinate the mobile pickup, I informed the staff member that I didn't have access to the keys or a lockbox code. From the start, the man I spoke with had a dismissive and rude attitude. He told me the person who could assist was on a lunch break. Later, a woman returned and was helpful, but the man in charge terrible. Additionally, I was charged for more rental days than expected, as well as extra mileage that I did not use. When I attempted to contact them to clarify the charges, the same man yelled at me over the phone. To make matters worse, three hours later, he falsely accused me of parking a vehicle that wasn't mine on his property.
