Excellent customer experience there, however, a couple of things of note. The check engine light was on from the time I picked up the truck, with no warning it was on, nothing noted on the contract, etc. The vehicle was clean overall, but previous drivers had spilled pop, coffee, or something similar and it had not been cleaned away from the cupholder and center console of the truck. Based on my previous experience (often) of renting from UHaul, it was just slightly dirtier than normal but not so much I needed to complain. Others might. And it used more gas than normal, especially considering I had a fairly light load of just a bedroom suite and a sectional couch on a 15 foot truck.

We asked what time they closed because we were going to drop off the trailer one day earlier. She stated 4:30pm. We arrived before 4pm and no one was there. We tried calling and no one answered. We called the main UHaul customer service number and no one would answer. Not a great experience.

Clear instructions on where to leave the truck WITHOUT having to call. We did not have cell service at this location, making it extremely difficult to figure out the instructions on how to leave the truck there.

Had made an appointment with Jacobs in Langley Ky. Went to pick it up and he didn't have one it was supposed to be a 10 foot. He said had not had one in months. He called G&B and got a 15 foot only for the day. I didn't receive a call stating Jacobs didn't have one. Had to drive extra 25 to 30 miles because he didn't have one.
