This place is a joke! I turned my uhaul in a day early. (March 1st). I received an email later that week saying I hadn't returned it. Spoke with someone on the 1800 number. Supposedly they had failed to check it in as of yet. Then yesterday, March 28th, I received a text saying that if we didn't return the vehicle it would be reported as stolen. So I called the original people I had rented from and she had someone over her call me and said she reached out to them and they were going to check it in as it hadn't been checked in. A whole month later. Thankfully, I took pictures. Seriously though, with modern technology, you should be able to locate a truck by gps. This has been the worst experience. You guys need to remove them from your services. They suck!!
Sandy RI was charged a 100 dollar deposit at the last minute as I was also switched from the pace location to this said barbershop without notice. I would like my 100 dollar deposit back now.......
Darian NThere wasn't a working number to contact them. We had to wait for the person to cut someone's hair and go clean the truck. The pads we were supposed to get were not available at this location. Once ready, the checkout was fast and the person was very nice.
Lori RThe Pickup location was good, the phone call to the service center was terrible. I made it clear several times I just needed a two-wheel car dolly. I was continually bombarded by useless and time wasting questions about how many bedrooms I was moving. I had to call the service center back because the guy never sent me a link for the pickup address. This guy was confused about what was going on throughout the call. Probably just needs more training.

DAVID NQuick and easy service. Also this spot is next to a nice service station so it makes it easy to gas up and return.
