I would have given a better rating, but I had ordered 12 moving blankets; but they weren't in the truck when I inspected it. I answered no in the app if everything was there, but I was still charged. I should be refunded the money for the blankets.

SCOTT KRental process was beyond easy for a first time U-Haul renter. Person at location was friendly and kind. We had to return the unit after hours, and were a bit confused with all of the return instructions but got the hang of it.

DANIEL KU-Haul changed the pickup location for my rental to this location, which was 30 miles away. The original pickup location was 7 miles from my home. I was charged extra mileage when I dropped off the truck, despite only going from the original pickup location/moving my furniture, and dropping it off at the scheduled location.

TYLER PI felt the man who helped me was a little on the ride side. When I experienced issues with my trailer lights, he said, "well, I hope you have some tools with you." Then he walked back into the office. While I'm sure he didn't have time to help, I thought he could have at least offered some advice or maybe could have offered a time when I could get them looked at in his shop, but I was on my own.
