I have been overcharged. It is not the trailer that I requested. When I called ahead of time in advance. The trailer had no jacket had no ramp the tiedowns were not sufficient. I could not be any more unhappy, and I was charged too much I asked for it to be insured for two days total I sent messages to U-Haul that I could drop it off from my location in Bay City, Michigan, and never heard a response back then when I get the bill, it's a lot higher than what I even expected, I could not be more upset and trying to get a hold of someone from U-Haul is nearly impossible, when I did get a hold of someone they give me an answer what my bill was several days after I would not rent from U-Haul again, and I would like them to call me back so we can negotiate the right price. Do not charge us to my credit card because I will not be paying it , I was rip off

I was referred to 3 different locations due to "availability ". I reserved a van 2 weeks prior to the actual date I needed it. The van was never returned from the prior renter. I was referred to another location and they were closed 3hours earlier than when they were supposed to be. I was then referred to another location with no staff of uhaul knowledge on hand. I had to rent the truck via the mobile service which was not working properly. With Allentown this inconvenience I still had to $154 which is ridiculous for an under 20 mile trip.

My rental wasn't available at first location, then 2nd location the truck was disgusting inside! The mileage was off by a couple thousand and so was the gas! Just way to much hassle!

You can't get to it from auburn st. You have to squeeze down a to alley with hardly any clearance on either side. Huge pot hole. So crowded there wasn't a good spot to park the trailer. Barely any room to move around. Dirty. Over all sketchy. If I had a box truck there was no way I was getting in there. There's no signs from the main st. I have no idea how this is drop off location.

Be more responsible. Made and appointment to pick up the rental for 9:00am it was 10:53 when the person in charge of the office showed up to give me the rental. Ended up being late for what i had to do. Would not rent again from this location.

Sales person at pick up location was very pleasant and helpful. Would do business with them again.
