I was very grateful for the opportunity to rent from Grandridge storage the past three years. The location was convenient and it is a secure facility. Collin and Miranda were very helpful with any questions or payment arrangements. I was treated with the same courtesy, respect and level of professionalism I would give to my clients. Thank you for a positive experience and I would definitely give you a great referral.

They were out of straps, but luckily I didn't end up needing any. Straps should always be available in generous quantities. Collin Hooper was very helpful.

Colin the manager was extremely friendly and professional. I enjoyed working with him. Access to the facility was good. Place nice and clean and well-lit. I would use them again.

We had a great experience yesterday. Everything went well, all of our questions were answered and we left feeling good about the management of the facility and that someone would be able to assist if needed in future. We had heard staff can be nonexistent at some storage facilities which can be frustrating when you've got something time critical to attend to. We hope this great initial experience is the start of a good experience for the rest of our time renting a unit at Grandridge Safe Storage. Merci.

I've always had smooth dealings with U-Haul so at this point, I don't have anything that could be improved for the next customer. I do find it strange that a lot of the rental experience is left up to the customer. For example, looking for damage to the vehicle. A U-Haul employee should walk out with a customer with a form to identify any damages. After all, if there were damages from the previous renter, U-Haul should have that in their records and inform the current customer of previous damages. Not doing that makes it sound that an unscrupulous U-Haul location may charge an unwitting customer for somebody else's damage.

The website was very slow almost couldn't check out the van. The site kept crashing on us and the site that we went to pick up the van was closed and we almost didn't get the Keys to pick up the van.

The entire rental experience went without so much as a hiccup. I was very pleased.

Great gas mileage, clean vehicle. Little leery about leaving keys in box, the code was already set but doesn't look like it even locks.

Storage facility and units are clean and in good repair. Manager Colin is very helpful and friendly. We will use Grandridge Safe Storage again if the need arises!

I was able to reserve storage units from across the state with email and phone calls which really helped my stress levels! The staff is friendly and helpful. We rented the climate controlled units, while more costly, was important because we stored our things during the hot summer! Access was easy and was properly secured with gates and cameras. Great place for storage!

I was extremely impressed with every part of the facility and the staff. Very pleasant and polite which is a lost art now days but he was very well mannered, informative and pleasant. You are very lucky to have such a great employee who shows a genuine interest and knowledge of all the aspects that are offered and patient when teaching me how each part works. I am going to be highly recommending this business to anyone and everyone who listens. The only thing I could suggest is the sign at the street entrance isn't all that easy to see fast enough to keep from a little too quick of a slow down and turn. But that's the only thing I saw and I am very picky especially when I want to be comfortable with my things being somewhere else, out of my view. If and when I need a storage unit again I will be calling here. No hesitation about it at all.

The original location I was assigned to cancelled my reservation for a 15' truck because I was late. They didn't even bother to give me a call. It made my experience overall very stressful.
