Truck leaked
WILLIAM LHave not received my receipt yet from 4/24
CRAIG KWould recommend because only one in town but they gave me a truck with a hair above e, so in the 4 miles before the light popped on and then told me to bring it back on an eighth of a tank because that's what the tack was on or so he thought 🤔

PATIENCE LI picked up my truck and both the front tires where completely smooth and unsafe. The tire light was on in the truck indicating the right rear tire is low. They did not have another truck and made me pay a price increase to get the next truck size up. First to rent trucks with completely unsafe and leaking tires is bad enough but then to charge me more because I pointed out safety issue and they did not have an equal truck is completely unfair.

PATRICK MThe wiper blades required replacement and the windshield washer fluid was empty. I had to stop during my trip to replace the windshield wipers and fill the washer fluid. I have already contacted the main office and requested a refund.
DYLAN LThe interior of the vehicle was clean but the windows on the outside were very dirty and the window washer fluid was low. Had to stop at gas station to clean the windows before continuing on with the journey. Was also charged additional fund even though the vehicle was returned with a full tank of gas.
WENDY COur reservation was canceled by U-Haul and given a smaller vehicle with no notification and given to another customer. The price quoted was no where near the price charged. We were also told we could drop off in another state and when we picked up the truck they said we could not. You obviously need to do some training your staff.

SCOTT LKeene NH location would not give me the trailer I rented weeks in advance. They called me the night before saying I could not have it and send me 1,5 hours away to get an alternate trailer. North Adams Mass that had a trailer and was very good and helpful. Checked all hookups and got me on my way. Much more pleasant than the BS I had to put up with at Keene location. Others at work ran into the same issues with Keene NH Uhaul.

SILVIO BI dropped off and two days later got a call from UHaul asking when I was going to bring the equipment back. Kinda freaked me out. But, they were very helpful where I dropped it off, they just didn't "receive" the equipment, which is why uHaul called.
Karen FPicking up in MA and dropping off in PA of the 15' truck was very quick and smooth. Truck was almost new and driving it was easy. I was very satisfied with the equipment and the whole experience.
PAUL SAT returned on Memorial Day Monday--no one in office. Called number on return instructions on Drop-off but call went to voice mail with a different phone number. Fortunately the UHAUL App worked and recorded the return.
Barry SI was not properly checked out, I opted for no insurance but was charged for it, was charged more upon return of truck than agreed. I feel it was theft. If I had other option I would never use Uhaul again.
Dennis LThey did not inspect the truck once I brought back, and now he's charging me fuel. I drove 3 miles and he claim I used a 1/8 of a tank.
William DI base my experiences on customer service and here it was very good.
gregory pThe website needs improvement. I tried to rent this trailer for 3:00 pm Friday - 3:00 pm Saturday. It was showing up as available on Friday and when I went to complete the reservation, it just stopped. After talking to the store, I found out that someone else had rented it at the same time I was, but starting at 12:30 on Saturday, so it was unavailable for the last 2,5 hours of my requested rental. I received no error message clueing me into that.

Edward mHampshire Towing was decent to rent from. Uhaul itself, nit so much. A $39,95 rental is over double the advertised rate when all said and done! $81.00. Stop advertising the $39,95 rate, as it is very misleading.

Faith MAlthough there was an attendant at the office, my only interaction with him was to acknowledge I dropped the trailer in the right location and I completed the drop-off all on the mobile app, which worked great.

Haley FI only enede up at this location afterr the first location cancelled my reservation. The first location rented me a truck but provided me with no expectation as to picking up the truck. I thought reserved for 48 Hours my rental period is how long my rental period was. I thought this rental period started at my pickup time amd lasted 48 hours. The paper I was given had no threat a of cancellation for untimely pickup and the person rentiing the truck didnt mention it. When I wen to pick up my truck the attendent was busy renting my truck to the people in front of me. The attendant made no effort to help me and it was only reason I was able to get a truck was by calling uhaul directly instead of humans in front of me. The attendant was poorly trained and the uhaul receipt had inadequate information for the customer. I had a poor experience with uhaul and it doesnt really make sense. Uhual seems unable to find adequate. help and the customer makes up the shortfall in customer service.
Ben GFor 2nd question. Yes it was clean but we believed there was a problem with the brakes. They worked but when you applied them it was crunchy. Other than that it was all good...
