I reserved an enclosed trailer weeks before the pickup, two days before the pickup a representative from UHaul called and stated the trailer I requested was not available at this location and I would have to drive over an hour away to secure the trailer. I called the provider at Hanks direct and was informed that my reserved trailer was there and available. I went by the location at the agreed time and date only to find the trailer I'd reserved was rented that very day, despite the confirmation. I was forced to take an open trailer and had to make purchases to secure and cover the load. Additionally the advertised trailer ball size was incorrect making the connection difficult and required continuous adjustments on a 1500 mile journey.
Joseph STire was flat so we waited to get it fixed 2 hours after our time started before we got it , we turned trailer in within our 24 hour period and it was checked in. We had to call U-Haul to take care of it.
