Outstanding customer service
JAMES HThis experience was absolutely terrible. I waited an hour and a half to get the truck and was forced to stand in a small room and speak to someone on a cell phone. All of this After being promised online pickup. And I was also forced to pay on the spot when my order specifically said 0.00 due today. Then I get charged double what I should have for not returning the truck on time even though I was scheduled to have it from 3 to 7 but didn't leave the store until 430 and returned it at 7:15.

Teresa FThey only had one person to check-in the truck and they were not there at the time. They took my name and phone # to complete check in. I guess the only thing is if they had an additional person there to complete the process at check in.

Yvonne BDo better with the estimated mileage. I was 22 miles over and I did nothing but drive from the pick up location In saint Albans to my old house In Milton wv to my new house In Kensington Ohio and was 20+ miles over my limit some how.. and it cost me an extra 12$.
Travis MWe Called in they told us $20 plus 0,79 cents a mile, we not only stayed within city limits but we had the truck for only an hour and 15 mins we went about 47 miles when we paid the bill it ended up being almost $100 plus we had to pay for the gas and it was 0,99 cents a mile unlike what we were told plus there was all these other Hidden fees. Due to the false advertisement and high expense we won't be recommending uhaul.
DANIELLE YPick up location had problems with your system when I made the reservation and then again when I went to pick up the truck. Very frustrating to have to wait almost an hour each time due to problems with your system and then problems with payment at pick up. Location owner contacted corporate to make everything right and to facilitate the rental as well as the return. I was happy that he made everything right despite the system problems.
