JUAN SWay over charged for mileage even after reporting it before taking the vehicle. Location did not answer when I tried to call to rectify.

KENNETH CI handed over the keys at 8:09 pm actually, however I was not informed that I had to return the truck on the app, so I had to leave home at 10:00 pm and drive to the place to return the truck. I hope it's not a hassle, the service was perfect maybe I just would have liked to be more informed.

Cesar UWhile picking up the uhaul person said they will give an $15 fuel adjustment due to low fuel in the truck and I was told to return the truck with the same level of fuel that was there while pickup(which was less than 1/4). Later in the final bill my discount was removed and charged full. On further talking to customer service person I was given a rude answer that I was suppose to fill the tank to 1/4 before return and since I return with the same fuel level as I picked discount will not be given. If I have to fill 1/4 of the tank while return then it will cost me atleast $24(33/4 gallon) , but uhaul person gave me only $15 adjustment. It is not fair to say something while pickup and charge something at the closing.

Teja vNot sure it was the pick up location, more just the truck itself and Uhaul. I picked up with half tank of gas. The gear shift kept getting stuck. TheUhaul rep I spoke to that confirmed my truck did not mention anything about it being self service. He said the location opened at 8 so I changed my pick up time from 9 to 8:30. Not once did he mention I had to check in using my phone to get a code for the lock. Uhaul itself was very unprofessional. My pick up location was changed after my booking was confirmed for a different location. I lost out on the mattress pad I bought as I was not going to use extra miles in the truck to go to the other location I originally booked for. Lost out on that money too. I will not be recommending Uhaul.

David AI forgot a couch leg bracket inside the van and was calling him to pick l it up. Only for him to hit me with a $40 "cleaning charge" When I called he said I left a grain a rice inside the van.. very petty.. and hell no. That don't cost $40. In actually filing a claim with uhal. FRIDAY OI am annoyed that I can only review the location. All of the people I interacted with were pleasant and fine. Still, my reservation was at one location and then it was moved to another. This wasted valuable time. Check in was not smooth as the charges were vague. I would recommend Penske over Uhaul. This has nothing to do with the people at the 2 locations, it was the lack of correct information from Uhaul.
