Super friendly and helpful
KESSA RThis place was excellent to work with. I had gotten the trailer and that afternoon found a nail that punctured the left tire. They opened at 7:30 am the next day and changed the tire to get me on the road. Very nice and knowledgeable.

Mark BAJ knew the requirement and was able to read the contract on my phone. I did not receive a printout of the contract because the printer at the pick up location was not working and the agent misrepresented the fuel provisions.

Carol RThe biggest improvement you as a company could do is to give the dealer some flexibility in scheduling the equipment. In this case I tried to rent a van 3 weeks prior to my move date. When the scheduling dispatch called, they said there were no vans available for the day I needed it. There were 3 vans sitting on the lot the entire weekend I moved. Those vans haven't moved in a month. My personal opinion is that this a poor way to run a business.
Max MThey're busy so you have to wait a bit but once they get to you, you are their main focus and they do whatever they can to help the transaction. Great hardware store too, making a trip back to pick up a few power tools.

Scott PI rented a truck in Garden City and was called 2days before my pickup date that I would have to drive 35 miles to Scott City to pick up the truck. There was a 26Ft truck sitting in Garden City. Not good customer service to have your customer do the extra driving!!!
VERNA WMy initial reservation was very quick and efficient. Unfortunately I had some scheduling issues on my side and needed to postpone my rental. AJ was very accommodative (even though it was after hours) on getting me rescheduled. Actual pickup/hookup took less than 10 minutes. Great Service!

EDWARD MFire the employee that we dealt with in Seneca, KS. Tell him the following: Don't double wrap the straps on the tow dolly. He might have an easy way to get them lose but didn't share it with us. Don't tell a customer with an all wheel drive car that the car has to be in neutral for the tow dolly to work properly. Leaving the car in neutral caused the battery to die (had to buy a new one with the car still on the dolly) and also the straps came off one of the wheels halfway through trip. The north end of I-35 in Oklahoma is terribly bumpy and wheels turn when the car is in neutral. Fortunately a nice man noticed when we were stopped at a gas station and managed to manually get the straps back over the tire. Before then I had called the 1-800 number and they had told me it was okay to put the car in park so the straps didn't come off again.
SHARON BThe location in independence ruined my experience by charging me for cleaning a trailer I used to haul a motorcycle which was not dirty and for 24 moving blankets I never had. I will never use uhaul again...EVER!!!

Robert PMaking the reservation was a nightmare. The UHaul staff on the phone had no idea where there actually was a unit for us to rent and changed addresses 3 times which effected our plans. Brittany was rude and impatient and found it more important to explain the inner workings of UHaul than to answer customer questions and concerns. The price also tripled within 5 days when we planned vs actually rented.
