Ayana JHit Da Spott rental provided exceptional customer service and support. The owner personally answered my call, even though I called after business hours, exasperated and feeling defeated because the U-Haul app timed out and froze for twice when I was using it to check out. I called to leave a message and was surprised and relieved to talk to an actual person! I had in fact reached the owner. He was helpful, reassuring, professional, and answered my questions…even when I reluctantly called back with yet another question. Owner went above and beyond to help. Will most definitely use this location again!

Courtlynn NWe should have been in and out. It took an hour for the lady to reassign our trailer to us after I had already booked both trailer and dolly. She made many mistakes with our booking and had to call for help. It put us extremely behind schedule. She was extremely sweet and I hate to make this review but it's a business that was ran like a family compound. The office was my living nightmare. Hoarding… and I mean stuff piled up dang near to the ceiling with only a small pathway to enter into what felt like final boss of a hoarding home. Other people were there to pick up their reservations and I had to SQUEEZE myself into the puppy kennel to let a couple through. (Super stinking cute puppy though) There wasn't A/C, only a fan blowing. I will never rent from this place again and absolutely would not recommend anyone do so either

JOHN MDear UHAUL, the wonderful family that runs the 6105 Manor Rd location should be commended for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE... I'm disabled and had to load, unload, drive and hour and complete my one bedroom apartment move COMPLETELY ALONE...it was the most difficult, stressful and physically demanding thing I've done AND THE ENTIRE STAFF/MOM, SON, WIFE, & GRAND KIDS supported, coached, advised, inspired me and were COMPLETELY AVAILABLE TO ME BY PHONE & IN PERSON FOR 3 DAYS!!!! THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE THE BEST EXAMPLE OF SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & BRAND AMBASSADORS FOR UHAUL. I WILL ALWAYS USE & RECOMMEND UHAUL BECAUSE OF MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AT HIT DA SPOT LOCATION.
