The truck itself was great, just could've been a lot cleaner inside the cab. Also it took about 30 minutes to check out because the app kept rejecting my photos
John WDrop off was a mess! Front door, if I was at the correct place, had a board over the door window, no one was there in mid afternoon. I had to call to be sure to drop the truck. I was told to park the truck and put keys in the box, which I couldn't find. They said it would be checked in when they arrived 3-4 hrs later. I finally found the key box, hidden behind another truck. 5 days later and 3 phone calls to uhaul the truck got checked in. I won't be using this drop off location again!
tammy jThere was no off ice there. just a open field to leave the truck in. Was a guy there mowing that told us to just park it in the field and leave the key in the truck. Was very unhappy because there was no office to get our deposit back, which we had to scrap up to begin with because we was not told about it to begin with.
STEVEN MThe location was great and the people on the phone helped me tremendously. Online and app never worked and was frustrating. Worst online experience I've had fortunately everyone I talked to on the phone were awesome.
