I dropped the trailer off at 5pm on friday April 25th at Hub Cap Annie. They charged me 3 extra days for a claimed drop off on Monday 4/28/25. This is unacceptable. Now i will spend the day on the phone cleaning this up. Mark VanHuffel 317-696-6761
MARK VThis area has many transplants & partial-year residents, having to leave two emergency contacts that needed to be called was absolutely ridiculous.

CATHLEEN BMy only thing was we had ordered a utility dolly and a furniture dolly, but they were not in the truck when we got it. Turned out to be okay because one of our friends had a dolly we were able to use. But overall, very good experience.

Lori CBruce at the Mishawaka hubcap office it's a business and a U-Haul combined was amazing him and his wife were so friendly. I had an issue and had to cancel and reschedule two days later. They were so easy-going so polite such a good experience and then my drop off in Marion, Indiana was just as nice came outside helped me back my trailer and went through everything with me and made sure I was completely taken care of before. I left perfect perfect customer relations.
RAYMOND WJust a heads up, take a drive in the truck. It felt to me possibly shocks need replacing? Idk but just thought I should say something. As always this location does great, service is excellent always, everytime!!!

ANNE SCustomer service people were rude. They refused to check my vehicles that I gave back in. They refused to give me receipts. They refused any kind of communication called me nasty, told me to get out of the store and I made sure that their vehicle was clean and ready for the next person lied to me and told me they had another reservation when they actually closed. And I got it there before they did close, and they overcharged me for my rental
MARANDA PI understood the base rental price to be $29 for the first hour, with unlimited miles. Also customer to return vehicle gas tank at same level as received. I returned the equipment within the first hour with 31 miles used, and put two gallons of gas in tank. I was charged $71,79 with tax. Receipt was mailed to me after I left the store. The final price was more than double the amount I understood was the fee. I feel this was misleading.

ANDREW JThis location is the only location I’ve used that charged 200 deposit and overcharge customers considering the fact the truck I rented ran out more gas then any other U-Haul truck I’ve used in the past I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone ever unless you wanna get overcharged and a run down U-Haul.
TRULANDA TMake sure wiper blades aren't junk. It's hard to see when they can't clean the windshield. That's a maintenance items. Otherwise, all was good.

Susan WHave truck full of fuel it was on a quarter tank and had to bring back on a quarter tank. How's someone suppose to pump in a quarter tank of gas. If it full when I get it. Easy to pump to full when returning

Austin CThe truck advertised - two 12 volt outlets. Unfortunately, neither one was operational. Really disappointing to drive 750 miles with no way to recharge a phone. It also took me the better part of 20 minutes to wipe down the contact points in the cab. It was filthy dirty.

Judy SEverything went well except for returning the truck. The Uhaul app was not responsive, repeatedly got hung up trying to upload pictures, and made the check in process longer, more frustrating, and more complicated than the old process of literally just dropping the keys and some paperwork in a box. Who decided that this would improve the customer experience? It makes no sense.
GEORGE RTildi was Awesome at Hubcap Annie's. Her smile greeted us. She knew what she was doing. She was very friendly and brings her A game. The 10ft truck was perfect with a full tank of gas and very clean. She is a true GEM at hubcap annie's. Also when I arrived back in Fort Wayne at the U Haul full service center on coldwater rd. I was greeted by Brad who was friendly with a smile and a easy check in and drop off. A total seamless transaction start to finish.
