Gary LIt's a location you live near so it's not optional to drop off farther away. The time was 1:00 and no one was there. I drove the truck where parking was available, dropped the key and sis not wait for anyone to return.

Kept trying to get U-Haul back early when I paid for four days I also was the only one unloading so it took longer blowing my phone up after 8 o'clock at night Because he already had it rented out. I was trying to get it unloaded and cleaned up before I returned it on my due date of August 2, 2024 before noon
Jeremy STodd was extremely helpful. He made sure to have the next size up in trailers available in case we needed to move up a size--thankfully he did as we did need the next size up. Todd also found a location where we could drop off the trailer for a much lower price. Since this was a mission trip, we were thankful to be able to save money on the trailer rental.

LORI LThis location was fine but an hour out of my way since I selected Stuart, IA 3-4 weeks in advance to put in a reservation yet was called one day prior telling me my trailer wouldn't be available there. I don't think I have ever had this happen and is very bad business. Not satisfied with that part at all.
