The equipment was maintained as far as maintenance I would say. The truck ran great, good mileage. Excellent mileage. The steering wheel was filthy the seats were filthy and we had to use disinfectant wipes to get the dirt off. There was some trash left in the back but not a lot. These trucks need to be wiped down after each use. I cannot believe the dirt that came off of the steering wheel and the cup holders were dirty. This happens in all the U-Hauls I have ever used. I don't want to sit on filthy dirty seats that's why I always wipe them down. The companies need to get in the habit of wiping them down with disinfectant after each use. I will continue to use Uhaul. It is a great price and I always get great people to represent U-Haul when I rent them.

Randy BSmoke shop was closed. Almost had to try and find another truck at a different location (was on chat with uhaul rep). Worker showed up at 10:30 to open up the store. Seemed annoyed that I was there waiting.

Mack MMy 10 ft. Truck had almost a half full tank and I left it 1/4 tank or more full. Very clean easy to handle, Employees were gracious!

John HI was charged for something I declined as well as using miles to go back to the location SEVERAL TIMES as the truck I rented had a lock on it. Although I scheduled to pick up at 4 pm it took almost an hour to get the truck as the attendant had a difficult time getting the rental situated. Overall one of the worst experiences I've had with U-Haul. And I will not be renting from this location again.
sheila mThe clerk gave me a UHaul number to try and reach but it has been impossible to get anyone to call me back. This location is a vape store and the people in there were high.
Sara WI was overcharged for mileage I did not use and have yet to be compensated.
