Lesson learned this time. ALWAYS take a pic of mileage before you leave and when you get there. A trip that was 170 miles based on GPS not including the 8 miles from pick up location. Only stopped for gas right off the interstate. Got charged for 86 miles over 210 alloted miles based on odometer reading. Trip took me 3,5 hours and based on the mileage on the odometer I went almost 300 miles which would have been impossible in the uhaul fully loaded. The pick and drop off location people were nice, but do not agree with the mileage reading at all. My mistake for not documenting the mileage. Won't happen again!

BRET WMy experience with JCS was outstanding!! They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I have used several Uhaul places in the area and have not had very good experiences. Going forward, I will always use JCS. They are a cut above all the rest.

Troy UJCS was great. The ladies in the front office were so nice and made every effort to make the U-Haul experience a good one. The gentleman who got the trailer attached was very helpful and made sure that everything was 100 %. Overall excellent experience.

Greg ENo One was there when we dropped off, and they charged me an additional amount for no reason, no explanation at all. The truck was clean and full tank of gas when we returned it. However, no one was there when we returned it and I spent 48 minutes waiting to speak with someone to ck the truck in because it would not allow me to do That online. The place we returned the truck to had so many vehicles in the small parking lot (none of which were U Hauls) and there was really nowhere to park and leave the truck.

James CMy reservation was canceled last minute by Uhaul because the trailer was not at the pickup location. I was told the alternative pickup location was at a business over an hour drive further away. I called around myself and found one closer. When I went to the drop off location no one was there and when I called them, they just said, we aren't available. I called the next closest Uhaul dealer and he said he didn't have room to take the trailer. I googled and found a Uhaul dealer that was several miles further and took it there. At least that location was cordial and accepted my drop off. This ordeal cost me a lot of time and extra gasoline which at today's prices is not a laughing matter. I expect a call from Uhaul with an apology and some compensation. I feel like a complete refund is in order.
GEOFFREY LThe rental truck was run down and outdated, high miles, seats worn out, door seals don't seal, shorted furniture pads, loose steering and needs u-joints replaced. Worst truck I've ever rented to make a 750 mile drive and had to drive 60 miles one way to pick it up after being switched from a local place the day before.

James PWell the battery died twice and I had to call someone for a jump. Then the ramp wouldn't go back in. So called uhaul and they said 90 min wait. Then he said he was told to repo it at 12:00 at night. It's me my dog and my handicapped daughter. He talks smart to us cause he has to follow us home to unload a chair snd hand trucks then he follows us back where we rented it so I could get my car. He said he didn't have all night to follow us around. Well then he should repo it when it's not rented. This was a disaster!!
Callie TMy issue is not with JCS Repair. My issue is with Uhaul corporate. They sent me to pick up a truck they knew was questionable in the first place. Made me go to two separate locations to pick up my order. Getting in touch with a real person from the place you rented the truck is a joke. The national call center is about useless. Nice people they just can't do anything.
