Leah CIt wan't this location's fault, but commnication with Uhaul representatives was very disjointed and non-helpful. I got a charge on my Amex from this location yesterday, which I'll have to dispute, unfortunately, because it was not what was discussed with Uhaul. They're trying to slip it in now that time has passed. I'm not happy about that.

Michael MThe 26' truck ran well and did a great job. It did have a taped up hole in the front top left corner of the truck body that caused some leakage. Luckily no damage to our household goods. Also appeared to have a very loud exhaust. Otherwise happy with the whole experience.
Mark RThe gentleman that provided service was very helpful. When he found out what we needed to haul (music equipment on carts) he recommended a trailer with a ramp door. That was very helpful. We were in and out in minutes, and the return process was simple.
