Original location provided tried to give us a car hauler with straps that were thread bare and ready to break. We wouldn't take it so they sent us to this location. Pickup was ok but near Ocala, FL we had a flat. Road service said lug nuts were very loose. U-Haul blamed us. Said we were overweight because we loaded clothes in the car we were hauling. We've been doing this 5 years and never had a problem. U-Haul does nothing to maintain their equipment. They take photos but do nothing in the way of repairs. Road service guy said he gets a lot of business from U-Haul because of that.

Fred CThe problem was I reserve it at another location and it was not there need to call customer service and was sent to this location. I would have expected a discounted price as it was not where I had reserved.
Jim MNOT under this dealers control/ the roll up ramp had significant damage and should have been out of service for welding repair which this dealer cannot complete as it is not that type of facility.
michael gI had a reservation for a 15ft truck and when I went to the pick up location at the date and time I was told to they had no trucks at all. Then with no help at all from Uhaul or its locations I had to drive to 3 different locations before I found a 20ft truck which I had reserved a 15 ft truck but I took the 20ft because it was all I could find on my own.
derek bHonestly? Nothing could have been improved, this was a perfect start to my day. I arrived at exactly 9:00 and the gentleman was already finishing up with his first customer. He was very quick in completing my checkout and made it smooth. He moved the first customers drop off vehicle to give me access to my trailer while I changed my hitch to the right sized ball. By the time that was completed he was already over by my trailer waiting to help me hook up. We chatted while attaching the trailer and performing the light checks and I was on my way. I wish I would have timed it because I think this was the fastest and easiest encounter I've ever had with U-Haul. I've never had a bad experience with the companyl, but some locations are better than others. This was my first time at Jon's Zephyrhills location and without question the best I've encountered. 10/10

patrick rApple Maps didn't give proper directions to the location and it was a bit hard to see from the road. Maybe a larger sign would help. Great staff and equipment was ready when I stopped by.

Regg HI needed to pick up a new sofa. When I picked up the trailer, the deck was oily and greasy. I had to cover the floor so I didn't get the sofa greasy. I was disappointed in the fact that the trailer was not clean when I picked it up since I told the attendant when I called that I was picking up the sofa. I've never had this experience before with U-Haul, and I hope I never have it again. I was under the assumption these were supposed to be cleaned after every use. Normally I wouldn't have cared, but I was moving furniture, and I didn't want to get it dirty.

nicholas pI've rented trailers from Uhaul all over the country. This location was ready with the equipment requested. He made the entire process simple. As I am up there in years and my health is questionable, he recognized my need for assistance attaching the trailer to my truck hitch. He's a good man, and I recommend him to everyone.

Jordan WOwner was VERY helpful. Quick to email my receipt. Location needs some help! Lots of rain recently so driveway potholes were filled with water. Owner said he has filled the holes several times. Blacktop maybe a better option. An entrance sign would be helpful also. I would recommend to a friend if it was blacktopped or at a different location. Again the owner was excellent!
