The service provided by Jordan of Jordan's Auto Glass was exceptional. If and When we need to rent a unit again, we will certainly go to this business.

Booked my truck for an in store and counter pick up. Someone from the store, put my order as a mobile pick up but didn't finalize the details, therefore I didn't get an email notice that it was mobile. When we arrived to get the truck, the store was closed. After 11am an employee showed up, and he was the most ignorant and disrespectful person I've EVER had to deal with. We were told we never should have been able to reserve a truck because uhaul knows "damn well" they aren't open on Saturdays. The man berated me when he was informed by him boss that it had been made a mobile pick up. I showed the man the email that came through at 11:20am saying the truck was a mobile pick up. I only got this email AFTER the employee drove to the owners house. By far the WORST uhaul service I've ever experienced and Justin's has lost my windshield services because of this interaction. Truly disgusting that his employee is allowed to treat people the way I was treated this Saturday!

I rented a 10' truck then one day beforehand I was told they only had a 26'. I arrived to get the truck at the correct time but no keys had been left for us. The moving day needed to be pushed to a Monday which meant we all needed to take a day off work and reschedule all the moving plans like groceries being delivered to an empty home on the correct day. That said, he did do everything possible to rectify the situation and was very apologetic. I appreciated that but it did not change the upset caused by no truck and no person available to fix the issue on the date we booked. Also, there were 6 smaller trucks on his lot but we had to take the 26' one.

I dropped off after hours. I did not have any contact with personnel but cannot submit this review without checking the boxes.

I understand the key dropoff box was not yet installed at the location but we, unfortunately, were left waiting in the parking lot for nearly an hour trying to find out what to do with the keys/vehicle. Also, the business itself had an "Open" sign but doors were locked, lights were off, and no staff were on the property to hand the keys to or to ask where the key box is (or should have been).

Truck was not clean inside, full of dust, I ordered the rental in St Johns which is 110Km from Carbonear, I had to drive my vehicle to and from Carbonear and bring the truck back to St Johns where it should have been in the first place, I was given $100 dollars of the cost of rental for gas, that was enough to get the truck to St Johns, I was given nothing for gas in the my vehicle, then when I returned the rental you guys charged me for 39 miles over my allowance, when I was told the mileage would not start until I left St Johns but they charged me from Carbonear, after arguing with Halifax they agreed to reimburse my credit card. Your company should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. I will never use your services again.

Once again there was a communication error between U-Haul and the location. I requested to drop the truck off in Carbonear and was told that was fine. When I dropped it off, they were surprised to see me because they had not expected the truck dropped off there. Apparently a different location was listed. I run a company and I know all the details are hard to keep straight all the time but communication needs to be far better for a good customer experience.

My scheduled pick up location did not have my truck. I had to drive 1 hour 15 minutes to the new pick-up location, wait 30 minutes to get my truck, then drive one hour 15 minutes back to my house. I lost 3 hours of valuable packing time. The price adjustment was appreciated but the stress to get the truck loaded in time to leave was high.

The guy who called me to discuss my U-Haul pickup gave us misinformation and told us that we would be setup for after-hours pickup and would call with the relevant information, which he never did. He told us that the pickup place was closed and no one would be there When I did speak with him the next morning to he was far from pleasant. None of what he told me was correct. It was an unnecessary stress.

My reservation was for a self serve pickup at 7am. When I arrived and started the process in my email, I clicked the option to start my pickup and was greeted with a message that told me that I would have to wait until the store opened at 9am. This significantly impacted my move day along with the fact that I drove 1,5 hours to the pickup location, so I had to wait in the parking lot for 2 hours for the store to open. Do better, u-haul

The location was okay. The U-haul experience was not. I booked a Conception Bay South location and it was confirmed. Later in the day I received an email stating that I had to go to Carbonear. I travelled 90 minutes to learn that the vehicle was not available. U-haul dispatch then sent me to another location that did not have a vehicle. I had to travel back to Carbonear the next day. 6 hours of travel to try and get a vehicle that was confirmed and was 15 minutes away.

My pick up location and date was not correct from what was stated on my original order. This was not the fault of Jordan's auto glass. However when I did show up the trailer was not ready. When I got home to start packing my stuff, the trailer was dirty and I had to clean it. That was on me as I should of done and inspection of the inside but I was pressed for time

Ensure the vehicle isn't an hour and half away even though there are several agents 10 minutes away with lots of trucks. Make sure the last person cleans the garbage out, doesn't smoke in the truck and doesn't leave mud all over the floors

Not a easy place to contact by phone. Took a while, more often then not, the fax machine would cut in, but finally made contact on morning the truck was to be returned.

Maybe don't release equipment that might fall apart when removing a vehicle from the trailer. The metal catch that keeps the track in place during transport is also used to keep the track in place during loading/offloading, and very nearly caused damage to my car. It would have if I had unloaded on my own at any point, fortunately I did so at the drop-off U-Haul location and someone was available to assist me while I held onto the brake to prevent damage.

After some initial confusion over my drop off location. MR Corey Woods of Moncton NB was able to perform above and beyond, to solve my issue. All round, my UHaul experience was enhanced by Mr Woods of Moncton NB.

Very poor customer service.No one at location when I arrived to pickup unit and had to wait for half an hour for someone to arrive.Unit was less than half full of gas.
