The U-Haul app was horrible to use. Would not work for pick up or drop off at location. Was overcharged. Facility was run down and trashy. I've rented many U-Haul trucks and this truck drove the worst of any I've ever rented. Very unhappy with cost for what I received. People may be hauling there valuables as well as family riding with them. Take the time to maintenance your units so it doesn't feel like the tires are going to fall off. And fix the exhaust so you can stand to drive more than 20 minutes without going deaf. Also, find a more professional setting to run your rental business or take the time to clean yours up. Will never rent from this location again.

BRANDAN MInform customer of equipment defects at time of rental. The car I was hauling did not require the use of the drop-down fender, but that fender had to be slammed to get it up or down, though there was no visible damage. Thus facility was courteous and well run.

Steven PRented trailer through site but couldn't actually pick it up due to a light being out. Seems like a corporate problem maybe. Changed to bigger trailer but was very dirty and lots of debris inside. Had to spend 10 minutes cleaning it before I could use it.
Todd SPlease make sure the vehicle is fully taken care of mechanically the check engine light came on roughly half way through our trip. The seats inside the truck were ripped already when we got it.
Nikki HI was overcharged for this unit by almost $30! Not to mention when I got it the back was dirty and had broken glass in it. I told the woman that when I added it up I was only supposed to pay $36 I payed $59 all together. I only had $59 to my name and i was over charged and so I have to pay the price. I'm going to tell everyone how I was taken advantage of when I was already in a tough spot financially. It's crazy how I told her I only have $59 to my name and that's exactly what it costs. This is an outrage to kick someone when they are already down???

Cindy BOne of the worst uhaul rental experience. But according to Todd they all can't be good. I was told my reservation didn't match my license. Told I couldn't drop off at the location pre determined and that I had to use the location in their system and that uhaul was long over due for an update. Told the insurance is mandatory and it covers their a**. I have to picture my id and upload to the app and they cant do it but then its right on their computer. Was told its security reasons that they can't scan it. When dropped at the location they told me the app told me to drop off at the original location that we had picked. Had to call the Indianapolis help line and he got it changed to the drop location. I realize people have bad days but if you don't want to hassle with customers then discontinue service for uhaul.

Everytime I've rented, the team there has been friendly, quick with getting what you need, thorough in their explanations and making sure everything is prepped before rental, and just overall a pleasure to work with. Excellent service, and an absolute pleasure to work with them everytime.
