Difficulty contacting location by phone. Truck had a few dings in it. The loading door was very difficult to open and close because the cable in the right side was damaged.

JAMIE PA few suggestions that could improve this location's experience with customers would be to provide more room for parking for customers while they are coming to process their rental transactions. Secondly, when I returned my rental trailer, I was concerned of a possible thief because there was not a gate or security to lock up the equipment until the next day and I would not want to be held liable for the equipment/trailer being missing. But I was told that there are cameras all around the area. So, thank you.

I have yet to see the money I was supposed to get back returned to me because I used a cash app card for my purchase on the truck they said it would take 100 dallors out and then once the truck was returned then the difference between the truck rental out of the 100 dallors the difference would be returned i got the truck back before 5pm and here it is 10:30 pm at night and still have not seen the balance returned to me. Not a happy person right now .

DERRICK MI love renting from this location! It's the second time I've rented a trailer, and it's much quicker and easier than other U-haul locations that I've been to. They are very helpful get you going quick, while ensuring that the equipment is hook up and 100 %.
JOHN YVan was dirty. Upon returning it it was brought to my knowledge the van should not have been rented it needed to be serviced. However I was able to complete my task.

Still had to take the time to clear the back of the truck bc it seems as though someone was living there. Lighter, mattresses, comforter and lollipops.

BEVERLY H1. The truck was parked on the fat back of the lot & was surrounded by mud! I had to wk through mud just to take pre trip photos. 2. I reserved a utility & appliance dolly but arrived to he told they had no utility dollies. 3. I had to walk to the back to identify the correct truck number, then go way back inside to get the key. The point of mobile pick up is to skip the line & I couldnt because I had to get the key. 4. I was told to get my own dolly from the front of the building and was expected to drag it through the mud...which I wasn't doing. So after having to climb through the passenger seat due to the large mud pile on the drivers side, I pulled to the front to grab the dolly to insert it in the back myself. The inside of the truck was not cleaned & you could tell because the steering wheel was DISGUSTING with some sort of drippings from prior renter I suppose 5. On return of the truck my phone had died so I was unable to do post trip photos & now I open my receipt to see they refunded the utility dolly however they are trying to charge me for gas which is super incorrect. I actually returned the truck with a little more gas than what was in it on pick up!!!! 6. I have rented from this location before but I believe this is new management. I will not be renting from here again!! I'd rather pay additional mileage than deal with such poor customer service & overcharging.

JAMES JI turned in the key prior to the time appointed (after hours) , but accidentally placed the key inside the keyhole before completing the return process. It has now been 4 days since the date of my scheduled Uhaul usage and my cash app card still has a hold on almost $110, I'm now unsure when I will be receiving my funds back since I still have yet to receive the confirmation receipt via email, I will try to call or go up to the location tomorrow but hopefully there is no issues and the money placed on hold will be returned as soon as possible.
