It's all good as it is. They are always ready to help with a smile. Continue being the great place to rent equipments.

Make sure the attendant has the facts straight. I picked up in St. Paul and was told I could drop off in Lac La Biche but instead was hit with a $120 fee for dropping off at the wrong location. Also maybe keep the German shepherd off the counter barking at customers.

They do not have interac service for us haul.i caught a cab to their location only to not be able to use my interaction visa had to walk to a bank and backnbecause needed to pay cash i was also charged $20 for a trailer that I was delivering from st paul to.calgary for uhaul themselves not a personal use trailer I will never use kleen sl8 again or recommend them to anyone

It took us three tries to rent a trailer we tried in Hinton Alberta. They said it was there. We got there. It was not. We went to Edson Alberta to try and get a trailer they had one. Your system was down and stayed down for the hour we sat waiting. We finally gave up and went to St. Paul Alberta, which is where we wanted to go, finally got a rental after everything went well, but very very frustrated

Never RENT FROM U-HAUL OR DEAL WITH ST. PAUL! Very unprofessional, argumentative, telling us that they wouldn't rectify the issues we shared with them when returning the U-Haul at there location. Very horrible experience  %

This location is in a rough part of town. Front door had broken glass. Customer service was exceptional with the receptionist being extremely helpful and accommodating.

DEAR EVERYONE RISKING THEIR SANITY USING UHAUL, MAKE SURE TO TAKE YOUR OWN BEFORE-PICTURES WHEN YOU PICK UP AND AFTER-PICTURES WHEN YOU DROP IT BACK OFF. I got a call after we dropped the uhaul off and they told me they needed a credit card for the balance oweing for the damage to the trailer. What damage? The damage that was there when we picked it up? The trailer had many scratches to the corner, as if hit by a semi-truck when we picked the uhaul up. I guess we should have known we would get screwed over, and should have taken before-pictures ourselves since the ones they used to prove the damage was done by us was taken in a different area than when we picked it up and had no timestamp. Absolutely not giving Uhaul another dime, nor am I using Uhaul again for moving services.

Fix your system, we started by attempting to rent a trailer from Edmonton Alberta online the trailers availability was confirmed, the day we were called saying the closest one was cold lake 2 hrs out of the way, then I called Edmonton location waited on hold for 1,5 hrs, had my wife call uhaul, they picked up and switched the pick up location to st.paul. I then hung up with Edmonton location

The location staff were good to deal with, but U Haul as a company wasn't. We ordered a 6x12 trailer, which they said was available in Smoky Lake when we booked it online. It wasn't. When the time came, there was none anywhere in the entire Edmonton region. We will never trust or rely on U Haul again.

Nothing to do with the location, but I was charged $160 for a mileage overcharge. I pretty much went directly from my departure destination to my drop off location. It was a 1800 mile trip. There were a few detours and a couple extra miles should be expected. They must only allow the minimum exact distance between the 2 locations. Just another way to maximize their profits, I guess.
