Gentleman who called me about my one way truck was rude and took it upon himself to charge me for extra miles after traffic department and customer service noted the contract. His mom and pop shop is several miles out of the way and roads weee shut down for detours due to storm. This is terrible customer service.
ANTHONY HNothing really to do with the location, but the drop off experience is terrible when completing it mobile. The website/app is very slow. The site crashed as I was uploading pictures, then wouldn't let me get back to the process to finish.
ADAM WNo one there to take my key. Drop box lock not functioning. No one was answering the phone either
JULIO AThey did not have the furniture dolly I pre-ordered and were not very sympathetic. They wanted me to take another type of dolly because "it was the same price" and they already processed my payment. I was optimistic that they were going to let me take the other dolly for free as a token of apology. But no, it was just to minimize their inconvenience. I declined. It would not of helped in the move any way. Overall their communication / customer service skills could have been better. I had them redo the safety chains as his first attempt they would have been dragging on the street the whole time. Once I pointed it out, he quickly fixed it. Just begs the question, why not do it right the first time.

TIMOTHY CSion was a great help here. Made sure everything with the trailer was in place, helped me get it a day early, made sure I had the right lighting adapter, and checked the lights to make sure all was in working order. Really appreciate his help getting the trailer to move my daughter back home. Especially on a day when all the dads were coming to get a trailer or truck for the weekend.

DAVID SI called on Friday to ask about availability to rent a 6x12 trailer for a few hours. I was told they didn't have any available and they were all rented for the weekend. I went online and was about to reserve one at the same location for immediate pick up. I drove right over and there were plenty of trailers on the lot. I had no issues picking up the trailer or returning it a few hours later. I just don't appreciate being lied to about availability when I called initially.
MICHEAL HI will rent again sometime in my life probably but not sure hope the prices could be more especially for senior citizens and veterans

TEDDY CI love that the parking lot is wide open and easy to park and pick up the trailers. Staff was very friendly. This is my favorite Uhaul location. I also want to say Uhaul is one of my favorite companies. Prices are affordable and the equipment is well maintained. I've rented trucks and trailers from Uhaul for decades and have never had a bad experience.

Walt DIt was a very clean and inviting facility, but I was probably expecting more than I needed to. I thought that it would be a walk-through when I dropped the truck off. So it could just be me. The young lady there just said to leave the key and that was pretty much it.
LAURIE FThe pick up was perfect! When I returned the truck, I should have taken a photo of the gas. The girl that rented the truck to me REFUSED to check me in and I thought she would have been honest but she wasn't! My gas was WELL over the 1/4 of a tank that I left with that morning. I trusted that woman to be honest and she 100 % WAS NOT! I was charges and additional $41 and change for a FUEL FEE! I will be contacting my lawyer as I did keep the receipt for the gas I purchased. I will also be reporting this location to the better business bureau and advertising the fee on Google Reviews and Yelp! Please keep in mind I attempted to pay for the two furniture dollies I rented but was told the previous renters smoked so much marijuana in the truck that she felt bad for us and waived the fee..... well she got that fee anyway.... just in a dishonest way. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

coltan gI told the agent that the truck seems to have a wheel bearing (Rt. Front) going out due to the noise in the cab, very loud whine. The starter is dragging, probably a starter motor. The A/C cut off a couple of times for no reason. The blower motor just quit. The unit would come back on in a few minutes but it was random and needs to be looked at. The agent said he would have a mechanic take a look at it.
WILLIAM SLevi storage center I would recommend. I had a reservation the same day at Tons of storage and they were completely unprofessional. They screwed up my reservation and then were d*cks about it when I showed annoyance. Levi storage saved my move.
TRIP Jthis was a remote location that was hard to find and hard to get to down narrow lanes. there was no one working; apparently folks live there, bec they were hanging out on their porch watching me return the truck.. you need much better signaling in your interface for which locations are UHaul centers and which are local folks who just rent trucks and trailers. it makes a huge difference when you're not a local and you're moving from far away.

Joshua PNo one could even find the reservations until the day before, and that was just one of two. The employees were super friendly, but their system was not working or something? We pre-checked in and still waited over an hour to get our trucks on get on the road. Following the pick up, they called us multiple times to see when we were bringing back the trucks, even though we had four day reservations.

LEE AU-Haul moved our truck rental reservation to this place and we needed to get truck at 8am but they didn't open until 9 so had to wait an hour. The guy at Levi was not the U-Haul guy and wasn't very friendly .

Mary MThey lied about not being able to rent the equipment I reserved, they didn't tell the truth about the cost and resulted in me spending almost triple what it should have cost, they didn't set up a drop off location on my paperwork but set it up in a different town than I even told them which resulted in a very difficult and time consuming drop off and also added to the overcost. Very unsatisfied!
Patrick DThis location is great, wish I had just gone there first and avoided your clunky, awkward WEBSITE. As long as UHaul and the web have been around, I expected much more from you. In my experience with websites there are some that are intuitive and "lead" you through the maze, then there are some that work but aren't that good, then there are those that should be avoided at all cost! UHaul's is the later.
Gary CThis UHauls at this location are not well maintained. We went through 2 before finding one that worked. The attendant was very helpful finally found a Uhaul trailer that worked and got us on our way. They also have two locations. One location has no attendant and only signage that says call this number or go to the other location. I feel like the Armstrong location should not be listed as a pickup location since it's not attended but basically a Uhaul storage location. If I had to get another Uhaul trailer in the future I would go to another location that has attendant and Uhauls on the same property.

steven tI had requested a hand dolly with the truck. I was told it would on the truck. I REALLY needed one! Guess what. My son picked the truck up for me -- and no hand dolly! The customer rep told my son they were out of them. (My son told me later that a man in line behind him also requested a hand dolly and was told it would be in the truck and it wasn't!) This made me mad! And I don't get mad too often. I expected it to be on the truck, and bcuz it wasn't, I had to have someone go get me one. All they had to do when I requested the truck 4 days earlier was say, "sorry, we don't have that available right now." Then I had the time to go someplace else and get one. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!! Will NEVER use this location again.
