As above. Generally very satisfied with this service. My third trip with out of province drop off. Seems well organized.
NEIL CHave rental available where it was originally rented, not have to drive 2 hours away to pick it up.
JOHN DSignal wasn't working on truck. Side mirrors were not working on truck. Dolly I ordered was not there which caused difficulty in the move.

William MNot a problem for us but there was a scheduling error. I extended our rental time by a couple days. Received a call while in Canada still packing that the trailer was due back. Both pickup and drop-off vendors were great. Just think it may have been a clerical hiccup when I called to upgrade to a larger size trailer.

MICHAEL HI will not comment on this dealership because the owner wasn't present and one of his young staff was not really trained. It was just odd timing when I went to pick up the trailer and the young person had multiple tasks going on with other duties.
