It's broken and doesn't lock, which means once keys are dropped off, anyone can steal the vehicle and the person that actually did return it, would be charged as if they didn't return it. I took photos of returning the keys, in the off chance something like that happened. But still, an unsettling thought when doing as instructed.

Told my husband to drop the trailer, which he did. Then he came out and started YELLING again and ordered him off the lot. Worst experience ever with U-Haul.

JENET CThe location was a bit scary on a Sunday afternoon since the business was not open and the building looked abandoned. The online instructions were complicated for never having to do them before. More explanation was needed and more user friendly platform. Also, there was NO furniture dolly which I paid for.

Scott bGetting all the permissions only once you're there to pick up the vehicle is really frustrating. Most of the documentation and what not could have been completed when making the reservation. Pick up was at 5 but all the extra stuff took 20 minutes. I would have been really upset if the place I was picking up my love seat from closed before I could get there. I work 3rd shift so this was the earliest I was getting up. At least tell people the photo taking and stuff will take extra time so we can plan better.
