Had some kind of smell in the cab. Sort of smelled like an industrial cleaner (not a gross stinky smell) but wasn't terribly pleasant. Just cracked the windows a bit to air it out but maybe a more pleasant air freshener or cleaner would be nice.

I appreciate this location because it is in a quiet area of Franklin. The staff is always professional, helpful, and efficient. They make the whole rental process seamless!

MATTHEW MDropped off the truck here. It was after their office hours (6PM-ish maybe? I dunno. It was late in the day but still kind of light out) so I put "no' for "Were the personnel helpful?' because there was no one around to be helpful. Not really a bad thing, but the form doesn't have an option for N/A. Fortunately, drop-off doesn't require anyone at that moment so I was in and out rapidly. Otherwise I can't speak as to personnel or say much about the building.

RANDY SPatrick providing me with amazing customer service. I called him on the phone and let him know that I rented a unit online. When I got to the location, he gave me a tour and explained everything. This made me feel confident and knowledgeable. A few days later, I rented a truck from Patrick. He gave me all the details on the truck rental. On my last day using the truck. My storage ran out of space, but he still was able to find some space for my two bags of shoes. He offered me water several times. Just very attentive to my needs as well as other customers who came through the door. Every time I come to this location, Patrick is working there faithfully. Yes patient he is kind and he has a hard to serve others! I really appreciate him making the process very smooth because moving in itself is stressful!

WALTER TThe van was in horrible shape. It was filthy, with debris everywhere inside, there were TWO low tire warnings, the gas gauge is inaccurate (put in 6 gallons and drove less than 40 miles), exhaust smell in the cabin when driving.... Absolutely awful.

JOHN CMake sure if it is an after hours pickup, that instructions are sent to the renter so they can pick up the truck when promised. Also, at a minimum, clean the windshield. It was extremely dirty and I had to hose it off myself. Interior of cab/storage area were pretty clean.

They did, however, forget to tell me that I was supposed to call a number upon my arrival at my destination city to let them know which U-haul facility I would be dropping off the truck. This extended my drop-off/check-in time significantly.
