The counter was great. But when i dropped my uhaul a day earlier then i had rented. I took another car to get my extra rented items. I got an angry phone call from whoever lives at the location 4 minutes after dropping my uhaul off. Called her letting her know i had to go to a second location to get blankets and dolly. She was very rude. I still had a second day on my uhaul and didn't want to have to spend miles when i didn't need to. No reason i should of gotten a call at all!!
KELSEY OI was late to pickup the truck I reserved during closed business hours however, an awesome staff member came to the business to open the office and help process my rental! Amazing customer service, extremely helpful and proficient in customer satisfaction! Clean and reliable equipment! Wonderful staff!

Darren MThe truck was very old. It was clean and well maintained but showed its age in windows that were hard to roll down and side mirrors that were rusted and unable to be adjusted. The heater blower was very noisy. The truck drove well but showed every one of its miles.
ROBERT SNever had any problems the staff was always helpful and friendly. If I need a storage unit in the future I will definitely go back to Magnolia's Best Storage. Super clean!!

Met us outside and we were gone in minutes after the drop off! ALSO: They found my charger that I forgot in the truck, called me, and mailed it to my home free of charge! Really impressive. John NEducation on return process after hours. I was trying to return the unit. I don't know if the system was down or if it be the old man with the smart phone I could not figure it out. I finally called the 800 number on the key. They told me as long as the unit was there, it should be OK to leave it. I was very frustrated thank goodness the nice lady that works. There showed up after I had already figured it out but education on how to return after hours would be great for people like me that was my only issue very friendly staff Property is very clean I will add I will send you all of my friends. Do you guys thank you again

MATTHEW CWould recommend the location, yes. The uhual trucks they have no. The 26 footer i had. Was dangerous powering steering was out in it, steering wasn't straight. Brakes horrible. The box light didn't work so unloading in the dark
