Excellent service for inquiring and booking the rental and expectations of working with the unit was exceptional in the fact that my request for pads were fullfilled and the space for what we needed for the amount of furniture was excellent.

This location is absolutely amazing. The gentleman helping me was so b helpful and friendly offering great advice and taking me step by step. I've rented a lot of uhauls but I've never experienced such great service as I did here. Thank you for making a stressful time a little easier. 5 stars to this place.

We did a self check out so we didnt deal with any staff. Their lot was clean and well laid out. We knew exactly where to leave the truck and keys.

Dropped off truck to this location after hours so did not interact with any personnel. Would recommend better lighting and directions for where the key drop box is located.

The reservation was changed to a location quite far from the original location and I was not contacted about it. I only found out when I went to my original reservation that the truck was not there. So I rented the smaller truck and had to make 3 trips. Terrible customer service

The cab was smelly and had animal fur on the seats. The app was frustrating and difficult to use. It took me quite some time to figure out how to set up my rental and access the keys.

I was charged incorrectly extra for fuel mileage after I returned the vehicle (and not told of this before I left facility) and now have had to make numerous phone calls to get reimbursed. Waiting on a call for a manager which could take days. Frustrating end to an otherwise seamless experience.

The location was the problem nor cleanliness. The gas was not at 1/8 tank. It took 4 calls to uhaul to get access to truck using mobile service. Would not use mobile service again.

We dropped off after hours and did not see the location or meet any staff. The parking lot was a good size for parking the 26' truck we had rented.

Due to this location not being open on the weekends, the start time on Friday afternoon for us was 4:00pm, as that is when they told us they'd be closing. We were asked to come in earlier, so we did but then the contract time was changed to 3:45pm. Really? We didn't end up needing the truck for the entire day but we didn't know that at time of booking. That's pretty chincey to have done that.

Great customer service and easy to deal with. It was a clean truck and we didn't have any problems. Quick drop off with using the app after hours. We'll use this location again in the future.

When I called around looking for a trailer I had no success. On my last call, the gentleman asked where I needed the trailer and searched all locations until he found one. He booked it for me. I thought it was so great that he went out of his way to do this whereas the other places just said no we don't have any. The guys at Mario & Sams were very courteous, friendly and efficient and had us on our way in short time.

I requested a dolly and there wasn't one. I just checked the bill and see I was charged for something that I did not receive. I will be calling for a reimbursement.

Where we got the van from were professional and very friendly so I can not see anything wrong with Mario and Sam's I would definitely recommend U haul

Don’t fucking charge people a cleaning fee for reporting that the truck is filthy, especially since you can’t be bothered to have live representatives renting your equipment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The truck looked like it might have recently seen some rough use, but everything was documented. My only difficulty was that there were no moving blankets available at the time I rented. Otherwise, it was a very positive experience.

We asked for pick up in Hamilton however was told to go 25 mins away in Brantford.

We were running late to pick up the U-Haul trailer and in risk of missing their 4pm closing time. We phoned ahead that we might be late, perhaps by 10 minutes. Their response was not assuring. Though we arrived with 5 minutes to spare and in all other respects Mario and Sams Auto Service were proficient and friendly, the uncertainty we felt during the high speed ride through heavy traffic was unsettling. Customer service entails all aspects of the interaction. I would rate this facility average.

There was a water bottle and cardboard stuffed in behind the seat. The floor needed to be vacuumed. The pad lock chain was repositioned and would not lock when attached to the latch because the chain was too short.The online check in is terrible and having to provide 2 contacts to verify it's you is redundant since you already have my picture and copy of my license. Plus I did it ahead of time but then had to reduce it once there. It's ridiculous.

I had to use the self pick up and it extremely difficult to use. Not only did the app/website not want to load or take my information once in the online the info in it was not correct. I had to call and get things corrected. When I was returning the truck the app again was not friendly to use the place I was returning it to did not have a U-Haul key drop box they are mechanic shop and just used there key drop off.

The rep was very accommodating and professional. He went out of his way to make it a great experience.

The pick up truck was filthy inside and out including the cargo bed. it has been smoked in so heavily that I had to wear a mask and keep the window down even though it was cold and raining to be able to get enough fresh smelling air in order to drive the truck. It was a pickup from an mechanics shop. I always use Uhaul but will only book from now on from an full uhaul site.

The U-Haul app didn't work for me. Constantly stuck trying to upload driver pics to proceed with getting the truck. Luckily the people at Mario and Sams helped me with excellent service and I was quickly able to get the truck without any problems. I highly recommend not using the U-Haul app mobile pickup option to retrieve your truck, as it just does not work for most people.
