Reynolds BWell, this location charged us for fuel, when we received the trucks empty!!!they could read our info and knew we got them empty. Why charge us, when the previous customer was charged for not fueling the trucks. As noted in the pick up location. If a customer is charged for fuel, then fill the trucks. If a customer receives a truck 6 miles till empty, why are they charged to fuel that truck to the 1/4 tank status?that seems to be double charging!!!! If I receive it empty I should be able to return it empty!

HERVE TMake sure customer understands that $1 per mile is clear. I had to pick up in Darlington and I informed the representative on the phone that I would have to travel to Lake City, SC and arrive in Marion, SC. This distance exceeded 38 miles.

Jeromy SThe initial drop off point was closed. It took me 4 phone calls with multiple transfers to be sent to this location. Both the website and the people on the phone showed the original location was open until 6:00 PM, but it was closed. I called the number on the door and the recorder said they were not taking messages. The employee at the Marion location was very helpful.

Tom K | Expérience généraleThe South Carolina United Methodist Disaster Recovery ministry utilized Marion Self Storage for almost 2 years due to our Hurricane Florence recovery efforts. I truly would say this facility gave service that was over and beyond what would be expected. Everything from installing a remote door so our volunteers and vendors could have access to materials and supplies, to assisting in the delivery and unloading and forklift operation to assist us during a critical time delivery of roofing shingles. I would HIGHLY and without reservations recommend them to anyone considering storage and/or truck rental.
