Mick KThe woman that I worked with at Pickup was very helpful and loaded the trailer onto my hitch, checked lights, wiring, and the whole trailer, and was very knowledgeable. She was pleasant and the facility was organized and had me on my way in 15 minutes. My kudos to her, and what a difference from the rental I had the week before.

Jacqueline DThis has to do with the reservation system NOT the pick up location people. They were fine. Rental went well. Not pleased with your reservation system. Reserved trailer in Oshkosh , WI but found an email informing me I would have to drive 30 miles out of the way to pick up. After a long discussion with an agent found one a little closer. Driving to Appleton, Wi was bad enough though. If I would not have checked my email the night before I would have missed it. If the trailer was not available at Oshkosh why did the website let me reserve out of there???

Charles BThe mobile app wasn't working for us to pick up our truck and the location didn't open for another 20 minutes. Even though there was a person at the location, they wouldn't help us because they said they didn't open for 20 more minutes. (And our movers were waiting at our house)

ROGER KDrop off was easy. It was after hours so we used the app. This part went fairly well.
Cynthia RMake sure the uhaul is in good repair. The Uhaul i received did not have working AC and that was horrible.

Joshua NDriving the truck was fine, but the rest of the vehicle had issues…headlight flickered, side mirrors wouldn’t move to be adjusted, weather stripping around the windshield came loose, and the gate wouldn’t latch properly
Stephanie NPlaced a hold on my card for the amount that was over what I actually had to pay but couldn't use that card then because they placed a hold on it. Still haven't released the money from the hold either

Amy DYour app does not recognize locations. I had all of my location settings enabled and it would not recognize that I was there. I wasted about 30 minutes with customer service and having to check in using uhual.com on Google to check in.
