Great team in Coos Bay. Very helpful wonderful service
Duane FWasn't swept out and trash in cup containers. Cleaned out the trash from the cab. Steering wheel was sticky, from someone's dirty hands. Little gross.

John RThe floor mat between the seats was moldy. There was also mold on the seatbelts and the dashboard. We wiped it down before we gave it back. It looked like the person before us spilled something in there.

Karen LI can't say enough good things about the help I received here. From start to finish it was the best. He went above and beyond. Also when I was returning the truck, I was having issues with the App, I wasn't familiar with it and hadn't used it before, I forgot to get gas but had to leave for the airport and stressed, another gentleman helped me to return online and took care of it for me. I will definitely be using them again when needed. Thank you both!!

PATRICIA VThis review supersedes my initial negative review: I had a friend pick up the truck and so I was not there to hear the explanation of the fuel credit. I was given a credit for taking the truck with less than 1/4 tank (it had 1/8 of a tank). When I returned the vehicle with 1/8 of a tank, they reversed the previous credit that was applied. Therefore, I did NOT pay an additional fuel charge. I really appreciate the contact made by the company to clarify the situation after reading my initial review. Kudos on the customer service.

All the local employees were great and that made it much easier to not get frustrated.
