Rep at the location was excellent

Majed FThe truck was not clean at all. Trash everywhere. Dashboard and front seats and doors were all dusty. Severely allergic to dust which made sitting in this truck worse. Owner is never at the location. He is always sitting in another store few doors from his.

PEDRO VThe cabin and A/C reeked of cigarette smoke. Was a lighter in the cabin. I received no contract on pickup. When I informed the rep there was a low tire pressure warning, he stated, "don't worry about it." The truck's automatic transmission shifted v roughly. I was concerned it might fail. Next afternoon, we had a fully loaded truck for our last household/ furniture donation of the day, and the battery was dead. We called UHaul Road Assistance.(see below for review. By the time I made it to Salvation Army, they refused to offload the truck because we were within 10 minutes of closing. So, the delay cost us extra miles and the opportunity to donate the furniture elsewhere that day. When I returned the truck the next day, I looked everywhere for someone at the store. No one appeared and no one answered my Calls. I went outside to the back of the building and found no one. When I returned to the front, there was a man at the desk. I returned the key. And he said, "that's it". He didn't look at the truck. When I mentioned I had put over $60 of gas in the truck, he said, too bad, I wouldn't get any of that back, which was not initially explained to me. Truck was 1/2 tank full upon receipt. I explained my problem with the the battery and he said I'd have to take it up with U HAul. I will never rent from this place again. I don't understand its high rating. I do understand all companies have problems, but poor customer service and a truck in uncomfortable, rough condition is a poor business model.

DUNIA RThis location specifically was not in a strategic area and felt odd to arrive, nonetheless, the authorized dealer was super nice, cooperative, and professional even when store closing hours came around the corner. Give this man a better store location to attract more customers and a bigger lot for him to manage U-Haul vehicles.
MANUEL BI dropped the trailer off on Friday 1/3/2025 and asked the gentleman for a receipt as confirmation the trailer was returned. He indicated he can't print one and that it's all done electronically by email. On Sunday I got a text from U-haul asking when the trailer would be returned. I called the 800 number and spoke with a representative who said they would send a field manager out to confirm the trailer was there. Yesterday(Monday 1/6/2025) I got a message from U-haul that my rental was past due so I again had to call the 800 number and spend additional time on the phone

ROSALIND WIt's just awful! The worker from whom I took the keys kept trying to overcharge, on November 25th I came to make the payment on the spot but for the numbers that were several times higher than on the website - I refused, on November 26th I made an online application and came to the same person to take the car and in the end he again charged me much more than it should have been without explanation! A rental experience after which I don't want to use your services anymore.

Diana Prented a 10' u haul truck. Was told when I arrived that they had no power and the u haul tuck that I reserved only had a 1/4 tank of gas left. the gas tank should of been full. He offer me a cargo van to move with, which had a little over 3/4 of a tank of gas. Took multiple trips to complete the move which means do to extra miles it cost me more. Someone should of taken the moving trucks and filled up the gas tanks. They didn't do this because they did not want to wait in line to get to a gas pump. Would not recommend.

Jordan WDidn't have the appliance dolly I reserved, was not informed in any way beforehand. Passenger side mirror was loose, shifting out of alignment multiple times during transit, very dangerous.

Joaquin Dmake sure that the vehicle is clean before allowing it to be rented. The vehicle was filthy I wish I could upload my photos of the van. I will not be going back to this location.
