Only problem was knowing where to leave the truck, but overall a very easy experience and easy to find.
Martin BThe app says to go to McCullough Tire, but doesn't give the address. It just says E Hwy 7. Then when you search for McCullough Tire, "maps" can't find it either. Had to call in to get the address.
JANIS MUnsure why Uhaul sent us to a location almost 18 miles away to return our truck when there were 2 locations within 5 miles. Need more good live help less apps that are frustrating.
DAVID JI was told a price was told it would be adjusted brought truck back a full day early and got minimal adjustment $49 rental and insurance ended up being 150+ per day

JAY WI think that U-Haul and Roadside assistance need to be all together. I got Hit-n-Run by a Semi on my trip and went to the nearest U-Haul location and was told that I couldn't exchange my trailer. This location had 5 of the same trailers sitting on their lot. I had to wait almost 5 hours for someone from Roadside Assistance to travel almost 3 hours away to pick up a trailer and bring it to where I was located to switch out the damaged trailer. This put a damper on our plans for the week for sure, but the biggest disappointment was the fact that no one in this company is willing to do anything without taking to their supervisor or manager. I think this company needs to do some serious cross training with employees to they have a little empowerment to make a decision and not have to call so many other people to get an answer for the silliest of thing s. I was very disappointed in Roadside Assistance in this case on my trip.

Bart PI had no problems with this location and dropping off the truck, except for it was about 15 miles away from where I live when there was one right down the road.
Connie SLisa helped square me all away in regards to my U-Haul, but the professionalism and superb customer service she gives every customer is unheard of. I normally don't write reviews but she deserves the recognition. She is always fun and easy to work with which is why I am now taking my vehicle to her shop for some work. I also recommend everybody give her shop a try they are honest and reliable glad I met them.

Shayla VEquipment has always clean and well maintained each time I have rented from them. Nice and friendly.
ERVING VDidn't check in my trailer for two days. Got emails for late charges and called them multiple times. Will never use or recommend this place. If I find out some one is gonna use them I will recommend using somewhere else.
