Real hole in the wall location. Reps that handle U-Haul weren't on site. Left the vehicle and seemed very sketchy. Happy to see it get checked in hours after I dropped it off.
BRETT BThis location was the Mic Truck at 86th ave surrey. Dwayne was awesome and very helpful. He hooked up the motorcycle trailer for me. Checked the equipment to make sure everything was perfect before I leave.
Joseph G1. The trailer should have had a jack. It did not. I had to use my own to connect it and/or disconnect it from my truck while it was loaded. 2. Tire pressure was low on all tires, dangerously so.

Gaurav STruck leak's damaging boxes and furniture. Had over a quarter of gas when dropped off. Spoke to the person on site and he called someone in the office, she was not interested in speaking to me and said she had to go. We didn't hear anything back from U Haul. Very poor service. Not happy about all that was lost due to the water leakage.

Dana HCommunication was brutal...we had no idea we were renting a truck share where everything had to be completed on a crappy app that did not work well. Wasted close to an hour on hold and awaiting a call back to finally get on the road...timing was thrown off our day due to this. I should be able to charge you back for my time !
Ken BCheck-in was laborious. Good thing that there was employees on site. Check-in was difficult. Then the lock wouldn't open. After 40 minutes the employee cut off the lock. Then no blankets as ordered. Later check-in was just as bad. U Haul needs to fix all this. Other clients didn't get their van that was reserved and had to go somewhere else. Not acceptable.

Nick KI had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul. When I arrived, there was no staff on-site to assist with hooking up the trailer. When I called the office, the woman on the phone informed me that the mechanic "had gotten too much sun and couldn't come in." She suggested I ask a truck driver, who was also a customer waiting for a mechanic, to help me. The driver admitted he didn't work there and didn't know what to do. He ended up hooking up the trailer incorrectly, which I realized after reading the partial instructions on the trailer. I had to hook it up myself. Overall, this was very unprofessional and unsafe.

jim pThey were actually closed berated me for picking up equipment not during business hrs delta with their mechanic who was awesome and helpful not like the lady on the phone took over 45mins for her to answer the mechanic back and for us to get the rental
Bertram AApp would not find location to do mobile pickup, i had to call multiple #s and sit on hold to finally be able to get in the truck. ended up being an hour late for my help waiting at the location we were moving from. the equipment I reserved was not in the truck and I had to drive to another uhaul location to pickup an appliance dolly but they still didnt have a furniture dolly so I never got one. The fuel was supposed to be at 1/4 tank but was way below, drove 6 kms and the low fuel light came on. Truck had dirty napkins on the floor and under the seat. Air conditioning didnt work at all, actually blew hotter air than outside and it was 32 degrees outside. It was not a great experience at all.

Nirmal SDwayne was just super friendly and helpful. He was able to help me hook up the trailer and take if off when i dropped it off. It was the smoothest process I've ever experienced at this location. I know exactly where I am renting any future trailers/trucks from. I would also like to mention Meena for her amazing support over the phone to setup my reservation where I had to do nothing, while she remotely completed the whole process for me. Hands down the best team at U-Haul!!! Keep up this amazing service!

The pick up location is at car repair shop, when you get there you have to call her and then she gives you instructions over the phone how to do her job to pick up already confirmed with customer care truck. The car repair shop works have to come out to give you a key. She was on the phone in her home with her children screaming in the back . Absolutely unbelievable. Horrible service

Landon WI paid for the excess mileage at the beginning of the trip. I even watched the rep enter it into the system. Then I got charged for the same excess mileage at the end of the trip, with the rep saying there was nothing on my contract about paying it up front. So from what I understand I paid a higher rate for the excess mileage due to your unreliable system. Which is unsurprising, because the app failed to let me check in OR check out, I tried both times.

Michael BPassenger seat belt was not working so my buddy had to drive his car couple times when we were moving our stuff and also transmission on that truck is about to broke it was revving up hard and so loud when we went downhill ( should not happen usually). Overall not happy with renting truck this time.

Ogochukwu EPlease ensure there is a reasonable amount of fuel in the tank prior to renting to a Customer, so they don't have to immediately fill-up at a gas station before being able to use the truck.
Drew CClean the windshields! This is the second Haul truck I've used where the windshield was so dirty that driving into the sun in the late afternoon was hazardous because of the glare. Everything else is excellent- pick up, drop off, convenience, help with trouble-shooting is great! Just please wipe the windshields once in a while.

Robert AThe lady was rude and aggressive she did not show up had me give her information over the phone and did not even have a person give me the keys I was advised were to take them from, then upon drop off no one was there when she said someone would be there. Then when I called to drop off again she was rude and angry. She is the worst person I have ever felt with in my life. I will tell everyone about my experience.
